From the text called "The Manifest Realization of the Mandala of the Five Oceans of the Bhagavan Lokeshvara, the Iron Hook that Irresistibly Summons Blessings": Notes on the Single-Wheel Secret Sadhana. From the text called "The Manifest Realization of the Mandala of the Five Oceans of the Bhagavan Lokeshvara, the Iron Hook that Irresistibly Summons Blessings": The Notes on the Single-Wheel Secret Sadhana are complete. Namo Guru Lokeshvara Devadakiniye. Homage to the deity of the Three Roots of Compassion. I beseech you to consider and bless me. This was requested and granted by the Siddha Karma Pakshi, called "Wisdom Jewel." Likewise, Singh Ra also requested and granted two things. It is called the essence of the secret sadhana writings. This is extremely secret, so the seal is placed. Later, from the treasure of Sangye Lingpa, the essential hidden text of the Great Compassionate Lord Gyalwa Gyatso was revealed. These three appear to be the same, without difference in words or meaning. That same ritual should also be practiced in accordance with this. It should be practiced regularly, and apart from the implements for reciting the self-generation, no materials for the sadhana are needed. After the self-generation of the five deities is completed according to the text, the specific details of the visualization during the recitation are as follows: Within one's own body as the Great Compassionate Lord, in the navel is a golden crossed vajra, visualized as a seat with the tips pointing forward, backward, right, and left. In the center of that is a red A (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable, from which the fire of tummo blazes like a medium-sized butter lamp. Red light radiates from the fire and one's own body, repeatedly in all ten directions. Gathering the essence of all arrogant male lineages, visualize it dissolving into the body of Hayagriva on the right. Gathering the essence of all arrogant female lineages, visualize it dissolving into the body of the Secret Consort on the left. Gathering the blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, visualize it dissolving into the body of Padmasambhava above. Gathering the power and essence of all Dharma Protectors, visualize it dissolving into the body of the Dharma Protector below. Then, the way of looking left, right, up, and down, and the wind

When exhaling, rays of light radiate, When inhaling, they gather inward. After merging into the flame, press down on one air pocket. It is good if these are accomplished, but it is also fine if they are not, Slightly raise the intermediate air abdomen, It is sufficient with just mantra and visualization. From the navel's flame, red rays of light, Radiate sequentially like iron hooks, First, the assembly of Hayagriva heroes on the right, Invite them with this light and merge them into the navel's flame. Likewise, the assembly of secret dakini heroines on the left, Invite them and merge them into the navel's flame, The assembly of Padmasambhava siddhas above like an ocean, Invite them downwards and merge them into the navel's flame. The assembly of Dharma protectors and oath-bound ones below like an ocean, Gather them upwards and merge them into the navel's flame. With this light, all sentient beings of the six realms, Transform into the form of the four classes of heroes and dakinis, Gather them from your own left and right nostrils. Then, with the light like an iron hook, Hook and pull from the hearts of all sentient beings, Merge the males into the right and the females into the left. Again, from the navel's flame and your own body, Radiate various lights, filling the sky. Offer to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of all realms, And to the heroes and dakinis of the three thousand worlds, Transform the light into clouds of offerings and offer them. Everything is like snow falling into the ocean, Dense and piled up, merging into your own body. Focus on the navel's flame, Do a little bit of physical male whirling of the illusion wheel. Meditate on the above until morning or noon. Then meditate on the realization of the five deities. If you like, it is good to recite the self-generation deity ritual, If not accomplished, there is no contradiction in visualizing with the mind. After noon, in your own navel, On top of the red lotus with four petals, The Great Compassionate One, with one face and two arms, Peaceful and smiling, right extended and left bent, in a standing posture, Holding a rosary and a lotus, embracing the consort. The consort is the red secret dakini, holding a curved knife and skull cup, Right bent and left extended, uniting with the deity. At the heart of the deity and consort, the (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉字字面意思:舍)字 is surrounded by its own mantra. On the four petals, the four classes of dakini fathers and mothers, All red, holding curved knives and skull cups filled with blood, The skull cups are dry and wet, adorned with bone ornaments and jewels, Each has their own life-force syllable at their heart. Then, your own body becomes empty and clear.
