བས་པའི་ཕྱིར་ནངས་སམ། །ཡུན་རིང་རྒྱུན་བསྒྲུབས་བྱས་པའི་མཇུག་ཏུ་ནི། །ལས་སྦྱོར་གཙོ་བོ་རང་གི་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱངས་ཤིང་། །བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་ཐབས་ཏེ། །རང་གི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་འོད་ཟེར་ནི། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་འཕྲོས་ པས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཆོད། །ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་མཉེས་ནས་བྱིན་རླབས་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀུན། །འོད་ཟེར་ཁ་དོག་སྣ་ལྔའི་རྣམ་པ་རུ། །བསྡུས་ནས་བདག་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་དག །བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་པར་བསྒོམ། །ཡིག་དྲུག་གམ་ནི་ཡིག་བཅུ་གང་རུང་ཤུམ། །ཚོགས་རྫོགས་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱང་པའི་སྔགས་རིང་བཟླ། །འདི་ནི་སྒོམ་དང་བཟླས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཀྱང་། །སྒྲིབ་པ་ཀུན་དག་ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་པར་གསུངས། །ཞག་གཅིག་གམ་ནི་ཡུན་རིང་རྒྱུན་བསྙེན་སོགས། །མང་ཉུང་རིང་ཐུང་རང་གིས་ཅི་འདོད་ཆོག །རྩེ་གཅིག་བསྒྲུབས་པ་བྱས་པའི་རྗེས་སུའམ། །ཡུན་རིང་རྒྱུན་བསྙེན་བྱས་པའི་སྐབས་ཤིག་ཏུ། །སྒྲིབ་སྦྱང་ཞི་བའི་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་གྲུབ་ན་ལེགས། །མ་གྲུབ་ན་ཡང་འགལ་བ་ཡོད་པ་མིན། །ཕྱི་སྒྲུབ་འདི་ལ་ཡུན་རིང་འབད་པ་ན། །འཕགས་པ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་གོ་འཕང་ནི། །ཚེ་གཅིག་ལུས་གཅིག་ཉིད་ལ་འགྲུབ་པར་གསུངས། །འདི་ནི་ཞལ་གཟིགས་ཡིན་པར་བཞེད་ན་ཡང་། །པདྨ་ཟབ་པའི་རྒྱུད་ལས་གསུངས་པ་ཡི། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་མཎྜལ་ལྟར་དུ་བསྒོམ་པ་ཞེས། །ཞིང་བཀོད་ལྟར་དུ་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་པར་གསུངས། ། གཞན་ཡང་རྟ་མཆོག་རོལ་པའི་རྒྱུད་དང་ནི། །དེ་བཞིན་པདྨ་དབང་ཆེན་རྒྱུད་དང་ནི། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་རྒྱུད་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ནི། །གུ་རུ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཀྱིས་མཛད་པའི། །རྒྱལ་བ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འདི་ཡི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ནི། །གྲངས་མེད་ནམ་མཁའི་སྐར་མ་ཙམ་ཡོད་གསུངས། །གཞན་ཡང་གྲུབ་པའི་རྒྱལ་མོས་མཛད་པ་ཡི། །རྒྱ་སྐད་ཡོད་མེད་གཞུང་ནས་འགའ་འབྱུང་བ། །ཀུན་གྱི་རྩ་བ་འདི་ལ་འདུས་པ་ཡིན། །འདི་ལ་བསྙེན་པ་ཚན་ཆེན་ཐོན་ན་ནི། །དེ་ནས་ལས་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་བསྒྲུབ་ན་འགྲུབ། །དེ་ཕྱིར་འདི་ལ་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཉམས་ལེན་གཅེས། །མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཐབས་མཁས་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་བསྐུལ་བ་དང་། །དྲིན་ཆེན་སྤྲུལ་སྐུའི་དགོངས་རྫོགས་ལ་དམིགས་ནས། །ལུག་ལོ་ས་ག་ཟླ་བའི་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི། །སྔ་དྲོའི་ཐུན་ལ་རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ་ཡིས། །ངག་ནས་སྨྲས་བཞིན་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཞེས་བྱས་བྲིས། །འདི་ལ་འགལ་འཁྲུལ་གང་མཆིས་ལྷ་ལ་བཤགས། །དགེ་བས་སྤྲུལ་སྐུའི་དགོངས་པ་རྫོགས་པ་དང་། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེ་ཕྱིར་བསྔོ།། །།མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། བཅོམ་ལྡ

因此早晚都要做。 长期持续修持之后， 主要的事业是清净自己的业障， 是圆满福德智慧二资粮的方法。 自己心间的咒鬘的光芒， 向十方放射，供养所有的佛。 令诸佛心续欢喜，所有加持与成就， 都化为五色光芒的形态， 融入自身，清净二障， 观想圆满福德智慧二资粮。 念诵六字真言或任何十字真言。 念诵圆满资粮、清净业障的长咒。 据说仅仅通过禅修和念诵， 就能清净一切业障，圆满二资粮。 一天或长期持续修持等， 多少长短，自己随意即可。 一心修持之后， 或长期持续修持的某个时候， 如果能成就清净业障的息灾火供，那就更好。 即使没有成就，也没有任何妨碍。 如果长期努力进行这种外修， 据说一生一世就能成就圣观世音的果位。 即使认为这是面见本尊， 莲花甚深续部中所说， 如曼荼罗坛城般观想， 据说如同庄严坛城般修持。

Therefore, it should be done morning and evening. After a long period of continuous practice, the main activity is to purify one's own obscurations, which is the method to perfect the two accumulations of merit and wisdom. The light of the mantra garland in one's own heart, radiates in all ten directions, offering to all the Buddhas. By pleasing the minds of the Buddhas, all blessings and accomplishments, are gathered in the form of five-colored rays of light, and dissolve into oneself, purifying the two obscurations, meditate on perfecting the two accumulations of merit and wisdom. Recite the six-syllable mantra or any ten-syllable mantra. Recite the long mantra that perfects the accumulations and purifies obscurations. It is said that merely through meditation and recitation, one can purify all obscurations and perfect the two accumulations. Whether it's one day or a long period of continuous practice, etc., whatever the amount, length, or duration, one can do as one pleases. After practicing with single-pointed concentration, or at some point during a long period of continuous practice, it is good if one can accomplish the pacifying fire offering that purifies obscurations. Even if it is not accomplished, there is no contradiction. If one makes a long-term effort in this external practice, it is said that one can attain the state of Noble Avalokiteśvara in one lifetime and one body. Even if one considers this to be seeing the face of the deity, as it is said in the profound tantra of Padma, meditate as if it were a mandala, it is said to practice as if arranging a field.
