Meditate as in the manifestation of the nine deities. Within each petal of the channels, there are dakinis holding curved knives and skull cups filled with blood. Their body colors are like the main deity, each with a dancing posture. There are thirty-two channels in the crown chakra, sixteen in the throat chakra, eight in the heart chakra, sixty-four in the navel chakra, and twenty-eight in the secret place. Meditate in this way. Furthermore, at the channel places where the fire blazes, in the Brahma aperture is the white syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). From the head pointing downwards, nectar, white bodhicitta, descends. Gradually filling all the channel places, meditate on the body being filled with bliss. In this way, the bliss of warmth arises. When looking at its essence, bliss and emptiness are mixed. Bliss-emptiness union Vajradhara, is a profound method for attaining enlightenment in one lifetime. Thus, the generation stage, channels, winds, etc., although each object is clearly visualized separately, its essence is emptiness, within the nature of mind, like a rainbow in the sky. Generation and completion stages are united. Having become accustomed to this, all vessels and contents, like the waxing moon on the eighth day, the nature of clarity and emptiness naturally arises. This is meditation without an object of focus, appearances outside are without remainder, the nature of mind is without remainder, the mind of the Buddha and the minds of the six realms of beings, one's own mind are inseparable and merged into one. Meditation and non-meditation, focus and non-focus, without difference, nakedly realize its essence. For sentient beings who have not realized this, compassion naturally arises, tears streaming down. One who has realized this, is called an accomplished yogi. No matter which of the five poisons arises, like a wave dissolving into water, arising and liberation are simultaneous, vanishing into emptiness. Without abandoning conditioned virtuous deeds, prostrations, circumambulations, tormas, deity rituals, torma offerings, sutra recitations, dedications, aspirations, etc., strive to practice whatever is possible within one's capacity. If behavior is coarse, one will be taken by demons. Protect the four root vows as if they were one's life. Strive to confess subtle transgressions. Sometimes, retreat alone and meditate. Sometimes, mix with crowds and distractions. In all activities of walking, staying, sitting, and lying down, do not forget practice, protect the nature. Recite the six-syllable mantra like a flowing river. Generate the mind of leading all connected beings to the pure land of Great Bliss, and make aspirations. Practice in this way. This is the instruction given by Ra Ga A Sy, to one called Accomplished and Meaningful. May it be auspicious! Nangchen ('bang ngang) craftsmanship culture in upper Kham.
