Having this essence as the flesh and blood, power and abilities of enemies and demons, visualize it as an ocean of wisdom nectar, equal to three thousand worlds, with perfect color, smell, taste, and power, and offer it to the faces of all the deities generated in front, visualizing them enjoying it with "Hab chil chil" sounds. In detail, one can recite the mantras of each deity, or briefly recite: "Guru Deva Dakini Sarva Dharmapala, Kaka hi to the ignorance flesh bali of harmful enemies and demons! Kaka hi to the desire blood bali! Kaka hi to the hatred bone bali!" After reciting this three times, when reciting the following reversal text, also visualize the flesh and blood being offered, making a "Mar jib dib" throat sound, and only focus on enjoying it. Furthermore, firstly because there is Vajrakila, it is the essence of the wrathful activity, and after offering it to Bhairava, they gather together. Apart from that, there is no fixed order. Furthermore, with the above killing mantra, bless white and black mustard seeds and scatter them on the lingam, then the enemy demon to be dealt with will become stiff, faint, and bound. Also, the mantra and visualization of visualizing Hayagriva in the center, all activities can be accomplished by this, that is, it can reverse curses, make protection wheels, cure lepers and patients, subdue evil wishes, protect from hail, and kill, suppress, and summon, etc. No matter what activity is performed, one should visualize in the mandala of the wrathful deity, and recite the mantra, adding the corresponding phrases at the end of the activity to be performed. This is the Paki Heart Essence of the Nyang treasure tradition. If you want to do protection and reversal, then like the master Rongjawa Gyatso, visualize Hayagriva, inside the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃཿ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) letter in the heart, or visualize the male on your right, and visualize livestock, food, and wealth in front. Behind it, visualize a headless human head vase, behind it, visualize heroes and dakinis, behind it, visualize Vajra Krodha holding various weapons, and a tent of iron wheels, behind it, visualize a mountain of fire and five layers of tents. Visualize each deity dancing and making the sound of "Aralli", radiating light like flames, causing the wheel to rotate to the right, visualizing the enemies and demons being destroyed and burned by the tent of fire, and add "Mama Vajra Raksha Rakta" to the root mantra, and add "Sarva Apana Ya Reversal" at the end. Then recite according to the content listed separately in the scripture. It is best to offer golden drink during offering, if you cannot do it, offer white torma and pray.
