I, a gathering of the cruel, filling the sky, earth, and intermediate space, with terrifying and dreadful roars, raining down unbearable showers of weapons, come here and enjoy the Torma of Command. Today, the great and glorious ones have gathered under oath. This precious teaching of the Sugatas, is it not for you to protect? Those who break their vows and hold perverse views, are they not for you to slay? The practitioners who act according to the Dharma, are they not for you to cherish? This Torma of red earth, is it not for you to take? Do you not remember the vows you made in the presence of the great and glorious ones in the past? Do you not respect the commands of the Vidyadharas, such as Padmakarodhara? Do you not abide by the commands and vows of the root lineage Lamas? Now, do you not hear the fervent prayers of us yogis? When urging, do not let your power be small! When cursing, do not let your strength be weak! Now is the time of the five degenerations, when black deeds are flourishing, the Buddha's teachings are on the verge of destruction, and the glory of the Three Jewels is reaching its lowest point. This vow-breaker with perverse views is creating the seeds of the three lower realms. Can you Dharma protectors endure this with loving hearts? Urge, urge, urge with wrath! Arise, arise, arise with dread! Run, run, run swiftly! Act, act, act with deeds! Seize their hearts with blazing iron hooks! Bind them tightly with demon ropes! Restrain their five places with blazing iron fetters! Intoxicate them with the sound of great bells! Hūṃ.
