All obstacles of karma and lifespan are expelled from the lower gate and soles of the feet as black matter. Meditate on obtaining empowerment, blessings, and accomplishments. Recite "Om Ah Hum Guru Shri Kumara Vajrasattva Dharmakaya Ayu Jñana Siddhi Pala Hum" as many times as possible. Then, the Guru Vajradhara parents instantly transform into Hevajra Sahaja parents, and in the four directions are white, yellow, red, and green Hevajras, respectively. In the heart of each of the four families is the syllable Hum, with the mantra garland rotating to the left, from which nectar descends. Visualize on your crown a large skullcup, white on the outside and red on the inside, with a white Ah in the center, radiating five-colored light. From this, nectar descends, filling the skullcup with immortal nectar, overflowing and pouring into your Brahma aperture, filling your entire body. Recite "Om Hi Ha Ha Hum Hum Phet Ayu Jñana Siddhi Hum" as many times as possible. Finally, the skullcup, together with the nectar, dissolves into yourself. The four surrounding deities dissolve into the main deity. The main deity instantly transforms into the Wisdom Protector, white in color, with one face, wrathful and smiling, and four arms. The left hand holds a skullcup filled with nectar, and the right hand holds aloft a five-pronged vajra. The lower right hand holds a sword, and the lower left hand holds a khatvanga. Adorned with all ornaments, in the heart On a lunar seat is a white Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), around which the mantra garland rotates to the right, radiating light. Gathering all the lifespan, merit, and wealth of samsara and nirvana, it dissolves into the body and the skullcup in the hands of the Protector. The Protector is pleased and pours nectar into the Brahma aperture, filling the body. All sins, karmic obscurations, and obstacles to lifespan are expelled from the pores as black matter. Meditate on the body being filled with the nectar of lifespan, and recite "Om Vajra Kavu Va Va Pa Mahakala Ya Ayuṣe Puṇṭi Kuru O" as many times as possible. The Protector dissolves into light and merges into yourself. Your ordinary body transforms into the Wisdom Protector, with one face and three eyes, peaceful and smiling. The right hand holds a vase of longevity, and the left hand holds a skullcup filled with nectar at the heart. The lower right hand holds a khatvanga, and the lower left hand holds a lasso coiled with nectar. Adorned with silk, jewels, and bone ornaments, sitting in a half-lotus posture on a lotus and lunar seat, in the heart, on a lunar disc, is a white Ham, around which the mantra garland rotates to the right.
