在红色中央，孔雀宝座上，各种莲花和太阳之上，大自在天的座垫之上，自身瞬间化现为莲花空行母，身色红色，一面二臂，右持莲花，左持以莲花为标志的铃，拥抱明妃莲花空行母，头戴发髻，以颅骨鬘为顶饰，以六印装饰，于智慧之火熊熊燃烧的中央，以金刚跏趺坐姿安住。其怀中安住的明妃，一面二臂，右持莲花金刚杵和带忿怒印的手印，左手持满血颅骨，以拥抱其夫。裸身，以五印庄严。双尊父母皆安住于智慧之火熊熊燃烧的中央。东方为极喜和鸟面天女，北方为金刚喜和极喜天女，西方为大怖畏母和马耳女，南方为恶眼女和卡嘎纳。勇父们身色红色，一面二臂，右持莲花，左持以莲花为标志的铃，拥抱明妃。明妃们身色白色，右手持带忿怒印的莲花，左手持颅血，拥抱其夫。四位勇父以右伸展姿势安住，勇母们以左伸展姿势拥抱。外坛城的东门为乌鸦面母，蓝色，右手持铁钩。北门为猫头鹰面母，绿色，右手持绳索。西门为狗面母，红色，右手持铁链。南门为猪面母，黄色，右手持铃。东南为阎摩坚固母，右蓝左黄，右手持镜子。西南为阎摩使者母，右黄左红，右手持琵琶。西北为阎摩獠牙母，右红左绿，右手持香炉。东北为阎摩摧毁者，右绿左蓝，右手持尸体容器。八位天女的左手持颅骨，肘部拿着卡杖嘎，以右伸展姿势安住。四位勇父头戴发髻，以颅骨鬘为顶饰，以六印装饰，身穿虎皮裙。

In the center of red, on a peacock throne, above various lotuses and suns, and on the seat of the Great Lord, one instantly manifests as Padma Khadroma, with a red body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a lotus, and the left hand holds a bell marked with a lotus, embracing the consort Padma Khadroma. Adorned with matted hair, a crown of skull garlands, and decorated with the six seals, she sits in vajra posture amidst the blazing fire of wisdom. The consort residing in her lap has one face and two arms. The right hand holds a lotus vajra and a threatening mudra, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, embracing her consort. Naked and unadorned, she is adorned with the five seals. Both father and mother reside in the center of the blazing fire of wisdom. To the east are Rabtu Zangpo and Bird-faced Devi, to the north are Dorje Zangpo and Shintu Zangmo, to the west are Jikje Chenmo and Horse-eared Ma, and to the south are Mik Mi Zang and Khagana. The heroes are red in color, with one face and two arms. The right hand holds a lotus, and the left hand holds a bell marked with a lotus, embracing the consort. The consorts are white in color, the right hand holds a lotus with a threatening mudra, and the left hand holds a skull of blood, embracing the consort. The four heroes reside in a right-extended posture, while the heroines embrace with a left-extended posture. In the east gate of the outer mandala is the Crow-faced Mother, blue, holding an iron hook in her right hand. In the north gate is the Owl-faced Mother, green, holding a rope in her right hand. In the west gate is the Dog-faced Mother, red, holding an iron chain in her right hand. In the south gate is the Pig-faced Mother, yellow, holding a bell in her right hand. In the southeast is Shinje Tentenma, right blue and left yellow, holding a mirror in her right hand. In the southwest is Shinje Ponyama, right yellow and left red, holding a lute in her right hand. In the northwest is Shinje Chewama, right red and left green, holding a conch shell for incense in her right hand. In the northeast is Shinje Jommi, right green and left blue, holding a container for corpses in her right hand. The left hands of these eight goddesses hold a skull cup, and their elbows hold khatvanga, residing in a right-extended posture. The four heroes wear matted hair, a crown of skull garlands, are adorned with the six seals, and wear tiger skin skirts.

Liberation. The yoginis have one face, two arms, and three eyes, naked and liberated, adorned with the five seals. The main deity is crowned with Vajra Dakini.
