On the wheel, Mount Sumeru in the east is made of crystal, the south of lapis lazuli, the west of ruby, and the north of gold. Above Mount Sumeru, adorned with eight squares at the top, in the center of various vajras residing on various lotuses and sun discs, is the dwelling place of the Sage King (Shakyamuni Buddha), made of various jewels—a palace, square with four doors, built with walls of jewels starting from the inside, with five layers of walls in blue, green, red, yellow, and white. Above this, on the yellow parapet adorned with jewels, above the jeweled eaves, on the outside of the four golden belts, are nets and half-nets emerging from the mouths of makaras, adorned with bells, whisks, garlands of flowers, mirrors, and the moon moved by the wind, and so on. Jeweled tassels hang down from the bird's wings, and above, it is surrounded by arrow-shaped half-lotus petals. In the spaces between these, are adorned victory banners and flags, and whisks, and so on. The four corners are adorned with four umbrellas, and on the outer edge, the silk of wish-fulfilling jewels is being offered by various dharani mothers. At the junctions of the doors and door frames, and at the four corners, it is adorned with vajra jewels residing on the half-moon. In front of the four doors, on the square platform, the top of the eleven jeweled stair silks lifted by two pillars residing on vases, has a Dharma wheel residing on a lotus, with a pair of male and female deer on the left and right. Each silk is adorned with victory banners and flags, and so on. On the outer ground, outside the palace filled with various wish-fulfilling jewels such as the seven treasures, inside the surrounding of the eight great charnel grounds, the center of the east white, south yellow, west red, north green, and center blue, is the mandala of Padma Garwang (Lotus Dance Empowerment), with five layers of walls in white, yellow, blue, green, and red from the outside in. The outer shape is square with four doors. There are no stairs. It is surrounded by walls of jewels, and parapets, and nets, and half-nets, and tassels, and arrows, and so on.
