Like an armor of sky iron and diamond, therefore this is the most supreme of all protections and reversals. It liberates from diseases, demons, spirits, obstacles, bad luck, and all harms such as the eight fears. For all internal and external curses of gods, demons, humans, Bonpos, and heretics, there is no deeper instruction than this. This is the best method for reversing curses back to oneself. For longevity practices and wealth practices, this is the most supreme. Tummo, tsa-lung, essence extraction, transference of consciousness, etc., this is the culmination of many activities for accomplishing great matters in this life and the next. In the past, Guru Padmasambhava and the Tibetan King Trisong Detsen, among the hundred-plus tantras and instructions they translated, for reversing all curses and phurba of gods, demons, humans, Bonpos, and heretics, they found no deeper reversal than this reversal of reversals. Therefore, rely mainly on this for protection and reversal. Do not transmit it to others, hide it in your heart. If you spread it widely, you will incur the punishment of the dakinis.
