Face west or towards the harmful direction. Visualize yourself as a dakini with a lion's face, body red, one face and two arms. The right hand's index finger points to the sky, the thumb holds a curved knife, a razor burning, visualize cutting the curse's neck into pieces. When cutting the rosary and counting, in front there is a triangular deep pit, from the place sinking into hell, the belly of the Yama of Karma is like Mount Sumeru, mouth open, teeth bared, tongue extended, visualize the enemy's head being devoured, and recite. At the time of reciting the killing mantra, from the pores of your aggregates, twelve sources, and eighteen elements, emerge a thousand and eight dakinis, densely packed as if wearing armor. Visualize them making the sound of the mantra that kills the enemy. The thumb of the right hand holds a copper curved knife, the index finger is placed on an iron seat, visualize completely severing life between the two. When cutting the enemy's curse head rosary and counting, in front there is a triangular deep pit, from the place sinking into hell, the belly of the Yama of Karma is like Mount Sumeru, mouth open, teeth bared, tongue extended, visualize the enemy's head being crushed, and Yama satisfied opening his mouth.

Imagine being bound and falling into hell. One of the fourteen essential instructions of the Dakinis is: Yourself as a Dakini, a black-bodied Krodha, lion-faced, two-handed, hair tied in a topknot, the rest covering the body. To each strand of hair is attached a phurba made of wood, knife, iron, or human leg, smeared with blood, to bring down hailstorms. The upper body is draped with a black silk lower garment, and the waist is tightly bound with venomous snakes. The right hand holds a vajra curved knife made of meteoric iron, blazing with fire, and the left hand holds a mottled demon wooden board. Spewing blood and various poisons from the mouth, the open mouth tightly biting red and black teeth, three eyes burning like fire, tears dripping with blood, and iron scorpions radiating light. During protection, visualize your own flesh and skin as a golden land, and all sentient beings as Dakinis. ༈ During protection, the head faces outward, and the end faces upward. Then visualize the Dakinis happily enjoying the offered food, including demons and gods. During dispelling and killing, the head faces yourself, the end faces outward, and swallow at the same time. A thri! kha tham! Sa ma ya! ༈ Ema! These essential instructions for the practice, protection, dispelling, and killing of the Lion-faced Dakini are the essence of the ocean of teachings, treasures, scriptures, and essential instructions. The meaning is clear, easy to carry, and the components are complete and without lack. If it is very important, the three activities of protection, dispelling, and killing can be added to what is listed separately elsewhere. There is nothing not included in this regular carrying method. To accomplish all the great goals of this life and the next, there is no better practice than this. In particular, there will be no obstacles in practice.
