From the center of the triangular, dark blue, blazing mandala, on the throne where enemies, obstructors, and sorcerers are slain, resides the mother who gives birth to all Buddhas of the three times, the chief of a thousand wisdom dakinis. The five families of dakinis accomplish different purposes for beings. The action dakinis slay enemies, obstructors, and sorcerers. In the outer charnel ground, on the great iron fence, red and black phurbas are erected in the manner of rakshasa women. There reside the mamos, dakini messengers.
