嗡 德耶 梭哈（藏文：ནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔），念诵一百零八遍后，向薄伽梵勇士唯一者顶礼。祈请赐予我寿命和功德圆满。祈请三次后，以薄伽梵上师圣妙药师佛四姐妹的力量，我所说的一切都变成神通，所配制的一切都变成药物，所施放的一切都有利益，利益一切众生如同日月。祈请赐予共同和殊胜两种成就无余。一切主眷化光融入自身，上师与自心和佛陀三者无别的胜义谛显现。如此安住，若能每日不间断地修持，则能活到一百岁。玉妥巴亲口说，特别是在印度，我是生命之源青年、莲花生大师、导师勇士、帕当巴、毗卢巴、生童火神。在西藏，我是松赞干布、达波拉杰。向其他上师祈祷一生，不如向我祈祷一年加持大。向其他人祈祷一年，不如向我祈祷一月。向其他人祈祷一月，不如向我祈祷一日、一餐、一瞬间、一弹指。如果这不是真的，那就是我欺骗了众生，十方诸佛及其眷属请将我的头颅像阿扎嘎的土块一样击碎。为了验证是否真实，修持药师佛七日，在梦境中，没有见到千手千眼观世音菩萨的身相，只有他的脸充满了天空，并且得到了金色的新鲜诃子，像马头一样大，带着叶子等等，出现了好的征兆，因此更加相信。为了自己经常每日修持，从甚深的传记和意趣中，将上师修法的共同咒语和观想整理出来，书写者是近侍善巧者。任何人都可以修持这个法门，如果能得到药师佛的灌顶、长寿灌顶和根续的传承等等，那就更好了。在阿拉嘎的早晨和中午之间，在吉祥的日子里书写，善妙增长！康区上部囊谦昂冈工艺文化显密正法兴盛洲古籍修复。

Om Deye Svaha (Tibetan: ནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔), after reciting one hundred and eight times, I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the sole Hero. Please grant me a life and merits that are complete and abundant. After making the request three times, by the power of the Bhagavan, the holy and sublime Guru, the four sisters of the Medicine Goddess, may everything I say become clairvoyance, may everything I compound become medicine, may everything I release become beneficial, and may it benefit all sentient beings like the sun and moon. Please grant me all the common and supreme accomplishments without exception. All the main figures and retinue dissolve into light and merge into myself, and the ultimate truth of the inseparability of the Guru, one's own mind, and the three Buddhas is manifested. Thus abiding in equanimity, if one practices this without interruption every morning, it is said that one will live to be a hundred years old. Yutokpa himself said, especially in India, I am the Youth of Life, Guru Padmasambhava, the Teacher Hero, Padampa, Virupa, and the Fire God of the Child. In Tibet, I am Songtsen Gampo and Dakpo Lhaje. Praying to other lamas for a lifetime is not as good as praying to me for a year, the blessings are greater. Praying to others for a year is not as good as praying to me for a month. Praying to others for a month is not as good as praying to me for a day, a meal, a moment, or a finger-snap, the blessings are quicker. If this is not true, then I have deceived sentient beings, and may all the Buddhas of the ten directions and their retinues shatter my head like a clod of earth from Arjaka. To see if this is true, when I practiced the Medicine Buddha for seven days, in the realm of dreams, I did not see the body of the Thousand-Armed and Thousand-Eyed Avalokiteshvara, but only his face filled the sky, and I received fresh golden arura, as big as a horse's head, with leaves, etc., and good signs appeared, so I believed even more. In order to practice regularly every day, from the profound biographies and intentions, I have compiled the common mantras and visualizations of the Guru practice, and the scribe is the skillful attendant. Anyone can practice this, and it would be very good to receive the Medicine Buddha empowerment, the longevity empowerment, and the transmission of the Root Tantra, etc. Written in the auspicious time between morning and noon in Alaga, may goodness and prosperity increase! The ancient books of the Kham Upper Nangchen Angang Craft Culture Esoteric Dharma Flourishing Continent are restored.
