Yu-thok Heart Essence Guru Sadhana, Dispelling the Darkness of Suffering, A Prayer of Compassionate Light. Yu-thok Heart Essence Guru Sadhana, Dispelling the Darkness of Suffering, A Prayer of Compassionate Light. Yu-thok Heart Essence Guru Sadhana, Dispelling the Darkness of Suffering, A Prayer of Compassionate Light. Here ends. Homage, Great, Medicine). From here, in the direction of the east, in the realm of Lapis Lazuli Manifestation, the Bhagavan Medicine Guru resides, I pray to you, look upon me with compassion. In the palace of Delightful to Behold, Shakyamuni Bhagavan Medicine Guru, the wisdom of awareness born from the mind, I pray to you, look upon me with compassion. In the realm of the snowy land of Tibet, inseparable from Avalokiteśvara, Yu-thok Gonpo Medicine Guru, I pray to you, look upon me with compassion. Supreme Vidyadhara of Amrita Medicine, who expands the teachings of healing science, Zurkhar Chöje Gong'og, I pray to you, look upon me with compassion. Guru Medicine King, the five families, and the Yidam Hayagriva and Vajravarahi as the main retinue, Dharma protectors, the nine classes of oath-bound ones, I pray to you, grant me accomplishments. Myself and all those connected to me, may all kinds of diseases be pacified, may the two aspects of Bodhicitta be accomplished, I pray that you grant us the attainment of enlightenment. This is the Guru Sadhana of the Yu-thok tradition, when doing the seven-day practice, in a dream, Gyaltsab Drakpa Chokyang was extremely pleased, and in the line of empowerment for doing the empowerment practice, he placed me in it and gave many instructions. I thought that all the sky and space were filled with eleven faces, a thousand hands, and a thousand eyes. However, the form as it is was not clearly seen. Only the three peaceful white faces, peaceful and smiling, filled all the sky and space, and I dreamed that they were smiling at me and looking at me with their eyes. It was not sleep, but an appearance of experience, and an arura, golden, moist, with leaves, about the size of a human head, was given to me. Furthermore, many dream signs of the Dharma protectors, the nine classes of oath-bound ones, appeared. Therefore, Raga Asya wrote this. From the Profound Meaning Treasure of the Biography of Yu-thok Medicine Guru, the general mantra visualization of the Guru Sadhana is spoken, compiled by Raga Asya. From the Yu-thokpa's Mantra Hundred Thousand Profound Meaning Treasure, in order to protect against obstacles to life, meditate on yourself as a deity like Avalokiteśvara, whatever deity is clear, the meaning of what is said. Whether you are an ordinary person or visualized as a deity.

At the crown of the head, in the center of a great four-petaled lotus. Yuthok Yonten Gonpo himself, his body white with a reddish glow. Wearing white silk garments, with a liver-colored robe, his hair in loose willow-like strands. His right hand holds a golden, fresh Arura with leaves, fruits, and flowers. His left hand holds a jewel vase containing Amitayus, adorned with saffron ornaments. At the five places of his body are the five Medicine Buddhas, white, red, blue, yellow, and green. On the four petals of the lotus are the four sister goddesses of medicine, in front is the white goddess playing the lute. Behind is the red goddess playing a flute made of a human leg bone. To the right is the yellow goddess playing a flute made of a vulture's leg bone. To the left is the green goddess holding a silver mirror. Note: A web of radiant offerings of desirable objects pervades everywhere. From the three syllables at their three places, light radiates, inviting countless beings like them from all Buddha-fields, and they dissolve into them. Homage to the Bhagavan, the sole hero! Grant me complete life and merit. Pray thus three times. After praying, white, red, and blue light radiates from their bodies. All the essence and energy of the four elements in the world of the support and supported are transformed into nectar of five-colored light. Likewise, one's own diminished and scattered life force, and all that has been stolen and robbed by the eight classes of spirits, and the life and merit of all sentient beings in the six realms of gods, humans, and so on, high, low, and intermediate, and the blessings, qualities of body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, and all the power of wisdom, compassion, and activity are transformed into nectar of five-colored light. They dissolve into the bodies of the main deity and retinue and into the vase of life. Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), Guru, Guna, Natha, Vajra, Sattva, Dharma, Kaya, Ayu Jñana, Siddhi, Pala, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽)! Recite as many times as possible. Nectar flows from the vase of life, and from all parts of the body descends the deathless medicinal nectar that cures diseases. Entering from the Brahma aperture, filling the entire body, all diseases caused by the imbalance of the four elements are completely healed. The body becomes an immortal vajra body. Om, Amarani, Jiva
