ད་ཀྱི་ན་ཚ་བཟློག་ཏུ་གསོལ། །དེ་ལྟར་གླུད་རྫོངས་འདི་ཕུལ་བས། །བདག་ཅག་མི་རྟ་བཅས་པ་ཡི། །གཞི་ལམ་བྱེས་གསུམ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ། །ཉེས་ཚོགས་གྱུར་ པ་ཀུན་བསལ་ཏེ། །དེ་ལྟར་མཆོད་པ་བྱས་ནས། །ཡུལ་བྱེས་གང་དུ་ཡང་། །གཞི་བདག་གསོལ་མཆོད་བྱས་ན་ནི། །ཡུལ་བྱེས་གང་དུ་ཡང་། །ཉེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསལ་ནས། །བཟུང་བ་ཡོད་ན་ད་ཐོངས་ཤིག །བཅིངས་པ་ཡོད་ན་ད་ཁྲོལ་ཞིག །བསྡམས་པ་ཡོད་ན་ད་གློད་ཅིག །མནན་པ་ཡོད་ན་ད་ཐེག་ཅིག །ཅེས་བརྗོད་ནས། གླུད་དེ་རྟ་ནད་པའི་ལུས་ལ་ཕྱིན་ཁ་ལོགས་སུ་ལན་གསུམ་བསྐོར་ནས་ལམ་གསུམ་མདོར་བསྐྱལ་ལོ། །ཅང་ཤེས་རྟའི་གླུད་གཏོང་ཐབས་རྫོགས་སོ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདས་དང་མ་འདས་པའི། །ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཡི་དམ་སྲུང་མ་དང་། །བདག་ཅག་མི་རྟར་འགོ་བ་དང་། །སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བྱེད་པའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས། །རྟ་འདི་ནད་ལས་མྱུར་གྲོལ་དང་། །བདག་གི་ཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་བཞི་སྒྲུབས། །གཞན་ཡང་སྟོང་གསུམ་ཉུལ་བྱེད་པའི། །ལྷ་འདྲེ་ཡིད་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་ཅན་རྣམས། །རྟ་ལ་མ་གནོད་མ་འཚེ་ཞིག །རྟ་བས་གླུད་བཟང་འདི་ཁྱེར་ལ། །རང་རང་སོ་སོའི་གནས་སུ་གཤེགས། ། ཤོག་སྟོང་། ཅང་ཤེས་རྟའི་ཞི་བྱེད་གླུད་རྫོངས་བྱ་ཐབས།

祈请遣除当下的疾病！如此供奉赎祭品，我等人畜等，无论在根本、道路、边地三者任何处所，所有罪业悉皆消除。如是作供养后，无论在何处乡村或边地，若对地主作供养，无论在何处乡村或边地，所有罪过皆消除。若有被抓住的，现在释放吧！若有被束缚的，现在解脱吧！若有被捆绑的，现在放开吧！若有被镇压的，现在抬起吧！如是说后，将赎祭品在患病马的身上顺时针绕三圈，然后送到三岔路口。 强识马的赎祭之法完毕。 祈请已超越和未超越世间的，诸神众、本尊、护法，以及我等人畜的引导者和，行保护救护之诸神众，此马迅速脱离疾病，成办我的四种事业。 此外，游走于三千世界的，诸神鬼、意化身者，请勿损害、伤害马匹！马匹拿走此殊胜赎祭品后，各自返回自己的处所。 空页。 强识马的息灭赎祭之法。

Please dispel the current illness! By offering this ransom, may all the sins of us, humans and animals, be eliminated in all three places: the base, the path, and the borderland. After making such offerings, wherever we are, in any village or borderland, if we make offerings to the local deities, then wherever we are, in any village or borderland, all sins will be eliminated. If there is anything being held, release it now! If there is anything being bound, liberate it now! If there is anything being tied up, untie it now! If there is anything being suppressed, lift it up now! After saying this, circle the ransom three times clockwise around the body of the sick horse, and then send it to a three-way intersection.
