To the secret supreme mother, Vajravarahi, To the heroes and dakinis of wisdom activity, I request you to accept this food feast offering. To the glorious protector, treasure protector, demon protector, together with their retinues, I request you to accept this food feast offering. To the male lineage protectors, the female lineage goddesses, To the oath-bound guardians and the arrogant hosts, I request you to accept this food feast offering. To King Vaishravana, Goddess Vasudhara, Arya Jambhala, Horse Lord Remati, To all the wealth deities and treasure lords, together with their retinues, I request you to accept this food feast offering. Guru Deva Dakini Ganachakra Kha Kha Khahi Khahi! Om Ah Hum! To the mouths of the Lama Yidam Dakinis, Ganachakra Khahi! To the mouth of the powerful Yidam Hayagriva, Ganachakra Khahi! To the mouths of the ocean of oath-bound Dharma protectors, Ganachakra Khahi Khahi! Thus, divide the feast offerings into three stages. First, offer; second, replenish the Torma and perform confession; third, nourish the enemy and liberate them. The first is the offering: Hung! By the deities of the glorious and powerful Hayagriva, Accept this offering of the food feast, And grant supreme and common siddhis. The second is to perform replenishment and confession: Hung! Powerful ones with retinues, Pay attention to me. Due to the power of ignorance, through body, speech, and mind, Through carelessness, I have violated my vows, And whatever has displeased the wisdom wrathful ones, I offer this food feast, And request you to fulfill your vows and grant siddhis. Thus, it is necessary to recite the extensive replenishment. Then, the last is the liberation of the feast, the wrathful king, supreme horse glory, The right hand raises the sword in the sky, the left hand pierces the enemy's heart with a phurba.

The seven mothers of the East, the seven mothers of the South, and the seven mothers of the West, the seven mothers of the North, and the four doorkeepers and four door goddesses! The eight great Giṅs and eight small Giṅs! Sixteen burning Laṅkas! Lords and Ladies of the charnel grounds! Those who have the right to enjoy the essence! Consume these leftovers sprinkled with saliva! Remove the obstacles of the yogis and those who uphold vows! Please fulfill the vows as you have promised! Having said this, throw the leftovers outside! Then, pour rinsing water into the Torma vessel, sprinkle it, and protect the steadfast ones, saying this: Hūṃ! The twelve steadfast mothers who protect the land of Tibet, and so on! With your many servants and retinues! Take this pure rinsing water of leftovers! Accomplish the entrusted activities of the yogis! Having discarded the rinsing water! Shake the Torma vessel and perform the horse dance! It is sufficient to perform either the Torma Repelling or any other method! Some mantra holders say that the Torma Repelling of Hayagrīva is not possible without a gathering, saying this repeatedly, therefore the mantra holder Rāga Asya spoke whatever came to mind!
