顿顿，嚓嚓，切令，雅玛ra匝，玛ra雅切令匝匝。是降伏咒，能同时摧毁百万恶咒的命心。 再者，在观想自身为忿怒明王的面前，有三面六臂的雅玛ra匝，其前方有毗瓦萨瓦塔，其周围有雅玛ra匝，狂饮燃烧者，梅里山顶，九股发髻，与四位明妃一同被无数阎罗眷属围绕。观想林伽仇敌真实显现，自己用手抓住束缚绳。雅玛ra匝用红色命脉和金刚橛束缚并拉过来，使他无法忍受，然后呼唤毗瓦萨瓦塔的命脉并拉过来，使他无法忍受，然后四个儿子拉动命脉。四个儿子使阎罗的整个城市都骚动起来，阎罗男女问他们的父亲说：“如果发生了夺取寿命之事，该如何应对？”他们的父亲回答说：“用这个咒语，由破戒的恶妇来夺取。”于是他们问道：“那么，如果诛杀这个仇敌，阎罗的国度是否会安乐，是否不会发生夺取寿命之事？”他们的父亲回答说：“会变成那样，阎罗们会成佛，所以赶快诛杀吧。”刹那间，雅玛ra匝在头顶，狂饮燃烧者在喉咙，阿雅梅里山顶在肚脐，九股发髻在心间，各自拿着与金、火、风、轮数量相等的轮辐，或者拿着天铁的八辐轮，从父亲的上方往下旋转。各自进行诛杀，从下方往上旋转，唤醒了四魔的记忆，四魔切断了脉轮。父亲享用了五蕴精华，血肉和残渣都通过污秽流走了，观想所有的阎罗都带着咂咂的声音吃掉了。做手印，稍微念诵咒语。如果这个夺命咒念诵过多，会对自己产生反噬，所以不能念诵过多。对于病人和咒师的内部冲突以及性命攸关之事非常重要，所以在法会开始时稍微忆念即可。经续中说：如果自己能掌握要诀，对于内部的人来说就是锐利的。又说：如果具备这个要诀，内外一切都会成为刽子手。因此，对于内部的争斗非常重要。夏玛，冈！以此，噶玛阿ra嘎从忿怒明王降伏要诀和一些口诀中写出。对此，忏悔一切罪过，并将功德回向菩提。

Dum Dum! Tsal Tsal! Che Ling! Yama Ra Tsa! Ma Ra Ya Che Ling Dza Dza! This is the subjugation mantra, which can simultaneously destroy the life-essence of a million evil spells. Furthermore, in front of oneself, visualized as the wrathful deity, is Yama Ra Tsa with three faces and six arms. In front of him is Bhiwa Swata. Surrounding him are Yama Rajas, the Intoxicated Burner, Mount Meru, and the Nine-Stranded Hair, together with four consorts, surrounded by billions of Yama's retinue. Visualize the lingam enemy as actually present, and hold the binding rope in your own hand. Yama Ra Tsa binds and pulls him with the red life-vein and vajra stake, so that he cannot bear it. Then call out Bhiwa Swata's life-vein and pull him over, so that he cannot bear it. Then the four sons pull the life-vein. The four sons stir up the entire city of Yama, and the Yama males and females ask their father, "If the time of death occurs, what should we do?" Their father replies, "With this mantra, the oath-breaker and the evil woman will take it." Then they ask, "Then, if we kill this enemy, will the realm of Yama be peaceful, and will the time of death not occur?" Their father replies, "It will become so, the Yamas will become Buddhas, so quickly kill him!" In an instant, Yama Ra Tsa is on the crown of the head, the Intoxicated Burner is in the throat, Arya Mount Meru is in the navel, and the Nine-Stranded Hair is in the heart. Each holds wheels with spokes equal in number to gold, fire, wind, and the wheel, or iron wheels with eight spokes, and rotates them downwards from above the father. Each performs the killing, and rotates upwards from below, arousing the memory of the four maras. The four maras cut the chakras. The father consumes the essence of the elements, and the blood and flesh and the remnants of the offering flow away as filth. Visualize that all the Yamas eat it with a 'cha cha' sound. Make hand gestures and recite the mantra slightly. If this life-extraction mantra is recited too much, it will backfire on oneself, so it should not be recited too much. It is very important for internal conflicts between patients and mantra practitioners, and for life-threatening situations, so it should only be remembered slightly at the beginning of the session. The tantra says: If one can grasp the key point oneself, it will be sharp for internal people. It also says: If one possesses this key point, everyone inside and outside will become an executioner. Therefore, it is very important for internal struggles. Shama! Gam! Thus, Karma Ara Ga wrote this from the Wrathful Water of Manjushri, the subjugation key point, and some instructions from the Poison Face Tantra.
