ཡིན་གསལ། །སྤྲུལ་པ་ཁྲོ་ཆུང་རླུང་ནག་འཚུབ་མའི་ཚོགས། །སྤྲོས་པས་བཀུག་ལ་ཕྱག་གཡོན་གཟུགས་ལ་བསྟིམ། །ཕྱག་གཡས་མཐིལ་གྱིས་གནམ་ལྕགས་འཁོར་ལོ་ནི། །རྩིབས་བརྒྱད་ལྡན་ཐབས་གནས་པའི་རྩིབས་རྩེར་ནི། །གཤིན་རྗེ་མཚོན་ཐོགས་མང་པོ་སྐར་ལྟར་འཕྲོ། །འཁོར་ལོའི་ལྟེ་བར་ཆུ་གྲི་རབ་རྣོ་བར། །རྩ་བ་སྲ་མཁྲེགས་རྩེ་མོ་རབ་ཏུ་རྣོ། །ཕྱག་གཉིས་དྲག་ཏུ་བརྡབས་པས་ཆུ་གྲི་དེ། །དམིགས་བྱའི་སྙིང་ཁར་བརྒྱབས་པས་སྲོག་རྩ་བཅད། །ཤ་ཁྲག་དམར་ཉིལ་ཁྲག་སྐྱོ་ལྟར་དཀྲུགས་ནས། །ཁོ་ཡི་ལྷ་སྲུང་གཤིན་རྗེའི་ཚོགས་སུ་གྱུར། །ཤ་ཁྲག་དབང་པོ་དོན་སྙིང་ཧབ་ཐོབ་ཟོས། །ལྷག་རོལ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྐལ་པའི་མེ་འབར་བསྲེགས། །དེ་ནས་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐལ་པའི་ཆུ་བྱུང་བཀྲུས། །དེ་རྗེས་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐལ་པའི་རླུང་བྱུང་གཏོར། །རྣམ་ཤེས་ཚུ་ཡིག་གྱུར་པའི་འོག་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་སུ་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཐིམ། །ཐལ་རྡེབ་རེ་དང་ཟློག་བསད་སྔགས་རེ་སྤྱད་། །ཐལ་མོ་དགུ་བརྡབ་བྱད་མ་འབུམ་རྡུགས་ཡིན། །བསད་པ་ཡིན་ན་བསད་སྔགས་རེ་དང་སྤྱད། །དེ་ལྟར་ལྟེ་བར་ཆུ་གྲི་བསྒོམ་པ་དེ། །སྔགས་པ་དང་ནི་བོན་པོ་ལ་ཡིན་ གྱི། །བེན་དེ་ཡིན་ན་གསེར་གྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ནི། །ར་དགུ་ལྡིང་ཞིང་རྣོ་ངར་ལྡན་པའོ། །བཙན་པོ་ལ་ནི་གནམ་ལྕགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ནི། །ཕུར་པ་རྣོ་ངར་ཚྭ་ཚྭ་འཕྲོ་བར་བསྒོམ། །བུད་མེད་ལ་ནི་སྤུ་གྲི་འབར་བར་བསམ། །དེ་བཞིན་སྐྱེས་པར་རལ་གྲི་རྣོ་ངར་ཅན། །དེ་དག་ཀུན་ཀྱང་རྩ་བ་རབ་ཏུ་བརྟན། །རྩེ་མོ་སྤུ་གྲི་བསམ་ཆོད་འབར་བ་བསྒོམ། །བསྙེན་པ་ལ་སོགས་གོང་ལྟར་མཚུངས་པ་ཡིན། །བྱེ་མ་འབུམ་རྡུགས་སྤུ་གྲི་རེག་གཅོད་ཡིན། །སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་ཁས་ཟློག་པ་གང་འདོད་འགྲུབ། །འདི་ཉིད་བྲིས་པས་བརྩེ་བྲལ་བསྟན་བཅོས་ཀྱི། །ཉེས་པ་གང་མཆིས་ཡི་དམ་ལྷ་ལ་བཤགས། །དགེ་བས་དཀོན་མཆོག་དབུ་འཕང་མཐོ་གྱུར་ཅིག །འདི་དག་གསལ་བར་བཀོད་པ་མི་འོས་ཏེ། །དཀོན་མཆོག་ཀུན་འདུས་བླ་མའི་བཀས་བསྐུལ་ཕྱིར། །སྙིགས་དུས་སྔགས་ནག་རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱས་སྨྲས། །གསང་རྒྱ། སྦས་རྒྱ། གཞན་ལ་མ་སྤེལ་རང་སྲོག་བཙའ་བར་གྱིས། །སྔགས་པ་དམ་མེད་ལག་ཏུ་སོང་གྱུར་ན། །ལུས་སེམས་ཕྱེ་མར་བརླག་པའི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་ཡོད། །སྤྱི། ། ཁྲོ་ཆུའི་ཐུན་གཏོར་ཞལ་ཤེས་གབ་སྦས་ཀྱི་ཟིན་བྲིས།

是这样的，幻化忿怒小尊黑风暴之众，以戏论勾招，左手融入形相，右手掌心是铁轮，八辐具备，安住方便的辐条顶端，众多阎罗持兵器如星般闪耀，轮的中心有极锋利的弯刀，根部坚硬，顶端极其锋利，双手猛烈击打，那弯刀击中目标的心脏，断绝命脉，血肉模糊，如血浆般搅动，他的护法神变成阎罗之众，血肉、感官、心肝肺被抢夺吞食，剩余残渣全部被劫火焚烧，之后轮用劫水清洗，之后轮用劫风吹散，识蕴变成“ཚུ་”字之下的，融入下方世界的胜者心中，使用一次拍手和一次回遮诛杀咒，拍手九次是降伏百万魔军，如果是诛杀，就使用一次诛杀咒，这样观想中心有弯刀，是对咒师和苯教徒而言的，如果是比丘，则是金刚杵，九头摇摆，具有锋利锐气，如果是勇士，则是铁金刚杵，观想普巴锋利锐气，嚓嚓闪耀，如果是女人，则观想燃烧的剃刀，同样，如果是男人，则是锋利锐气的宝剑，那些全部根部极其稳固，顶端观想剃刀般决断燃烧，近修等和上面一样，百万魔军是剃刀一触即断，用咒语转变，回遮任何想要的都能成就，书写此物，对于断绝爱恋的论著，有任何过失，向本尊神忏悔，愿善根使三宝尊位高升，这些不适合清楚地书写，因为是诸佛总集上师的命令所催促，末世黑咒Ra Ga A Sya所说，秘密印，隐藏印，不要传给他人，要保护自己的性命，如果落入没有誓言的咒师手中，有身体和心识都会被摧毁的禁令，总的来说，这是忿怒水食子口诀隐藏的记录。

Thus it is, Emanation, assembly of wrathful small ones, black windstorms, Invoking with elaboration, the left hand merges into the form, The right palm is an iron wheel, With eight spokes, at the tips of the spokes where skillful means reside, Many Yamas holding weapons radiate like stars, In the center of the wheel is an extremely sharp curved knife, The root is hard and firm, the tip extremely sharp, Striking violently with both hands, that curved knife, Strikes the heart of the target, severing the life force, Flesh and blood are smeared, churned like blood soup, His guardian deities become a host of Yamas, Flesh, blood, senses, heart, liver, and lungs are devoured greedily, All remaining scraps are burned by the fire of the eon, Then the wheel is washed by the water that arose from the eon, After that, the wheel is scattered by the wind that arose from the eon, The consciousness, transformed into the letter "ཚུ་", Dissolves into the heart of the Victorious One in the lower direction, in the world realm, Use one clap and one reversing killing mantra, Nine claps of the hands are for subduing a million demons, If it is killing, then use one killing mantra, Thus, meditating on the curved knife in the center, Is for mantra practitioners and Bonpos, If it is a monk, then it is a golden vajra, With nine heads swaying, possessing sharp keenness, If it is a warrior, then it is an iron vajra, Meditate on the kila with sharp keenness, flashing tsha tsha, If it is a woman, then contemplate a burning razor, Likewise, if it is a man, then a sharp keen sword, All of those have roots that are extremely firm, At the tip, contemplate a razor-like decisive burning, The approach and so on are the same as above, A million demons are cut off with a touch of the razor, By transforming with mantras, reversing whatever is desired is accomplished, By writing this, for treatises that sever affection, Whatever faults there may be, I confess to the yidam deity, May the merit elevate the glory of the Three Jewels, It is not appropriate to write these clearly, Because it is urged by the command of the guru, the embodiment of all Buddhas, Spoken by the black mantra Ra Ga A Sya in the degenerate age, Secret seal, hidden seal, do not spread it to others, protect your own life, If it falls into the hands of a mantra practitioner without vows, There is a decree that body and mind will be destroyed, In general, This is a hidden record of the oral instructions for the wrathful water torma.
