五，无量光芒遍布虚空。吽！东方持香天神手中以铁钩钩取；南方阎罗手中以绢索钩取；西方龙魔手中以铁链钩取；北方夜叉手中以铃铛钩取；上方梵天帝释手中钩取；下方欢喜世主手中钩取；连接断绝之寿命，钩取向上；修补破裂之处，恢复所有衰损，光芒洁白而闪耀，油润而凝聚；从顶髻融入身体；赐予光耀不朽寿命之成就。嗡啊吽 班匝咕噜贝玛悉地阿玉克嘿吽舍。如是尽力念诵，并反复观想。观想自身为无量寿佛，如铁山般坚不可摧，如金刚石般。安住于无所缘之空性中。念诵阿 আলি 嘎利 缘起咒。此为噶玛ra嘎阿亚所写，较伏藏文略为清晰。光耀不朽寿命吉祥！阿玉芒嘎লাম。康区上部果芒寺内钦昂冈处所多桑阿秋培林古籍修复室整理出版。 大圆满甚深意藏普贤供云仪轨中，长寿修法，寿命仪轨之精简，大悲铁钩，寿命自性光耀。

Five. Immeasurable rays of light spread throughout the sky. Hūṃ! From the hands of the Gandharva in the east, hook with an iron hook! From the hands of Yama in the south, hook with a lasso! From the hands of the Naga demon in the west, hook with an iron chain! From the hands of the Yaksha in the north, hook with a bell! From the hands of Brahma and Indra in the upper direction, hook! From the hands of the joyful Lord of the World in the lower direction, hook! Connect the severed life force, hook upwards! Repair the broken places, restore all that is deteriorated, the light is white and dazzling, oily and condensed! From the crown of the head, it seeps into the body! Grant the siddhi of radiant, immortal life! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi āyuṣe hūṃ hrīḥ. Recite this as much as possible and contemplate the visualization again and again. Visualize yourself as Amitayus, like an iron mountain, indestructible, like a diamond. Abide in the state of emptiness without object of focus. Recite the Āli Kāli Pratītyasamutpāda mantra.
