Just like the mandala, in the other three directions and in the corridors between the four corners, visualize the wrathful Hayagriva, Yama, the Lord of Death, the Eight Commands of Kagyé, Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, etc., your own yidam, and continuously offer tormas. Also, contemplate Maning Khari and other protectors. Like this, contemplate everything else only in your mind. Although there is an emanation at the crown of both the self-generated Hayagriva and the front-generated Hayagriva, since the front-generated Hayagriva is the main one, focus on the emanation at the crown of the front-generated Hayagriva and the statue being inseparable. From the heart of visualizing yourself as Hayagriva, white and red rays of light like iron hooks emanate, and from the southwest, from the palace of peacock feather lotus light, invite the blessing of Guru Padmasambhava's mind transmission lineage, the form of the lama emanation, along with the retinue of vidyadharas and dakinis, merging into each of the deities of yourself and the front, especially merging into the emanation inseparable from the statue. Then, perform the invocation of the activity ritual accompanied by music. Do everything else according to the activity ritual. During prostrations, offerings, and praises, emanate countless offering goddesses from your own heart, visualize them performing prostrations, offerings, and praises, and actually recite them yourself. The medicine and torma are an ocean of nectar, the blood is an ocean of blood, visualize the offering goddesses filling skull cups and offering them separately to each of the deities of the mandala. After the offerings and praises are completed, gather the emanated offering deities back into your own heart. Visualize that the goddesses of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch are satisfied by merging into the five senses of each deity. It is also good to visualize that the consorts of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities merge into the consorts of each deity, making them delighted with uncontaminated bliss. The three goddesses of medicine, blood, and torma can also be emanated from their respective breaths, but if emanated from the breath, they are not gathered back into yourself. If you recite a longer activity ritual, omit from the recitation of the number of mantras downwards; if you recite a shorter activity ritual, omit from the aspiration prayer downwards. Also, divide the activity ritual into four sessions. Next is the visualization for the mantra recitation: In the center of the mandala in front, on the crown of the Hayagriva and Vajravarahi parents, visualize the form of the emanation of Orgyen Padmasambhava, inseparable from the statue, wearing the three robes, and donning a large brocade cloak.

A tiger skin upper garment, a string of pearl pendants, a necklace of jewels, golden earrings, a deer skin petition adorned with a topknot, silk fabrics, a mirror, and golden sun and moon. The right hand holds a golden five-pronged vajra, the left hand holds a skull cup or bell, the khatvanga is tucked under the arm. Seated on a lotus stem and sun and moon cushion, possessing a white and red smiling radiance. On the forehead of the Guru, who appears vividly in person, from Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) onwards, up to 'recite with the mind,' follow the sadhana text. Those visualizations need not be recited; it is sufficient to meditate. Engage in recitation and focus on whatever visualization arises. That is, at the beginning of holding the breath, block the right nostril and exhale three times from the left. Block the left nostril and exhale three times from the right. Exhale three times from both nostrils, first slowly. Then, forcefully blow out all the remaining stale air. Then, apply the three aspects of breathing in, holding, and exhaling, along with the visualization. When inhaling slowly and deeply, from the Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) on the forehead of the front-generated Nirmanakaya Guru, countless white rays of light, the essence of the body, arise and dissolve into one's own forehead. Meditate that the body is filled with immortal nectar, and one attains the siddhi of the immortal life-essence body. Swallow the air and saliva together, pressing it down below the navel. Press down the upper air, causing the abdomen to expand. Tighten the lower gate and pull it up slightly. Alternatively, placing a piece of felt or cloth under the lower gate will automatically control the lower air. While holding the breath, close the lips and tongue, and mentally recite the Vajra Guru mantra as much as possible, counting the rosary. When feeling unable to endure, take a small breath and press down again. Repeat this two or three times, and if still unable to endure, visualize that all of one's downfalls, sins, and obscurations are like smoke being driven away by the wind, and exhale them out along with the breath, feeling relieved. Meditate that the entire inside of the body becomes empty and clear. First exhale slowly, then forcefully blow out all the remaining air, thus distinguishing the types. Do this for all five visualization rounds, such as Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), Hi (Tibetan: ཧི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: hī, Chinese literal meaning: Hee), etc. That is, visualize oneself as the body of Hayagriva, the exterior like a red silk tent, the interior empty like a bellows blown up with air. In the heart, Buddha Heruka appears, without inherent existence. It is crucial to meditate that the entire expanse of one's body is pervaded by the essence of the central channel. Accomplishing as Nirmanakaya.
