念诵一千遍为上等，五百遍为中等，三百遍为下等，不要间断。还有在梦兆不佳的时候等，像以前一样闭关念诵，会得到好梦，这是经验证的。即使不是闭关，任何时候想起，只要清晰观想，就可以修持。不需要食子供养等。如果想要食子供养，就在所念诵的咒语末尾加上长寿佛，胜乐金刚秘密集合本尊的口中，伊当 巴陵嘎 卡卡卡嘿。（藏文：ཨི་དམ་བ་ལིངྐ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི།，梵文天城体：इदम बलिक ख ख खा हि，梵文罗马拟音：idam balimka kha kha khā hi，汉语字面意思：此供品 卡卡卡嘿。）念诵即可。放在胜乐金刚和马头金刚两者之间。之后出关的时候，在闭关的记录旁边供养白色的糖果食子。把记录放倒。这是阿惹嘎的。吉祥圆满。由康区上部囊谦邦岗工巧文化显密正法增上洲古籍修复室整理出版。 这是收录甚深究竟的简略笔记的开篇。
