Thinking of doing things that go to the place, what kind of conduct should be done in between sessions? Again, the way to hold the session is the same as before. Do four or six sessions as you wish, and extensively perform liberation, gathering, and life-force retrieval. Then, when receiving empowerment, recite the prayer, "Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः,Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ,Meaning: Hrih) essence of all Buddhas of the three times, etc., grant the accomplishment of the immortal vajra life." just once. Then, touch the substances of accomplishment to your three places. Recite from "Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ༔,Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Meaning: Hum) vase of the life goddesses, etc." to "Tista Lhan (藏文:ཏིཥྛ་ལྷན་)". Drink the vase water and bathe. Eat a little life wine and life pills. Recite "Om (藏文:ཨོ།,Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ,Sanskrit Romanization: o,Meaning: Om), the body of the body, etc." And say, "Om (藏文:ཨོཾ།,Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ,Meaning: Om), may it be accomplished, etc." Afterwards, make it invisible. Seal it extensively with auspiciousness, dedication, aspiration, etc. Then, the daily practice is: do the life ritual up to the praise. The meditation is the same as before. In the place where the rosary circles between oneself and the front, meditate on the mantra garland between the father and mother, and do it up to the stage of absorption. It is enough to do one session in the morning or evening, and there is no need for preliminary practices, white obstacles, protection wheels, etc., because it is the way of daily practice. For offerings, etc., there is a life-accomplishment arrangement. This is different from accomplishment, and the arrangement is: on the base, place the life torma, the coiled lasso of wealth, the life vase, life pills, life wine, and the five-colored life arrow and banner in a row. In front of it, arrange the five sensual pleasures, medicine, alcohol, offerings, assembly substances, fixed and impermanent tormas, and the torma offerings of the dakinis, mountain gods, field protectors, and oath-bound ones. First, perform the refuge and bodhicitta of the life-leading vajra garland. Offer the white obstacles. Then, recite the life ritual up to the praise. Then, perform the assembly. Offer the assembly remnants and dedicate the torma. The middle one makes the fulfillment offering and recites the fulfillment. Finally, perform the subjugation and prostration. Offer the leftovers. Finish up to that point. Tonight, at the end of the assembly, after finishing the subjugation activity, enjoy the assembly, perform the life-force retrieval. Dedicate the leftovers. Offer the tormas of the fixed and impermanent ones, the dakinis, mountain gods, field protectors, and Vajra Lek. If you are giving life empowerment to important people such as liberation instructors and patrons, then recite the prayer three times and the empowerment words according to the text, place the life vase and life torma in the three places, and sing the mantra melody. Recite the root mantra. Give life pills and life wine. Om (藏文:ཨོ།,Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ,Sanskrit Romanization: o,Meaning: Om), may it be accomplished, etc.

May it be auspicious! Afterwards, proceed according to your own ritual. Alas! The protector who abandons both birth and death, the deity of life! The treasure of omniscience that protects from the fear of untimely death! Its practice, from countless sutras and mantras, the methods of practice are limitless, made by Prabha Kara. Although its terma emergence, both extensive and concise, is countless, the behavior and conduct, the terma emergence of that, this Secret Gathering of Longevity Practice, flourishes like the earth is filled. However, because it has become Vajra speech, it is difficult to understand, even if explained by wise and accomplished ones with teachings and reasoning, this is oral transmission, the words of a fool, written for the benefit of oneself. May this virtue eliminate the obstacles of untimely death, may life, power, and wealth reach the sky! May it become the cause for attaining the deathless vidyadhara! This was composed by Raga Asya. If there are mistakes, I confess to the deity of life. May all beings, through virtue, attain the supreme of life! Mangalam! A written record of the practice of the Secret Gathering of Longevity Practice.
