Bhodhi praised and prostrated. When bestowing empowerment on the disciples, the vase flew up and landed on each of their heads, flowers rained down, and the sounds of various musical instruments resounded. When consecrating one or two thangkas, he said, "If you deities need flowers, take them." The deities on the thangkas each took their own flowers. Then, Jetsun himself said to Yigon, "You are a foolish and honest person, what will happen when I die?" Thinking, "Because he is a Buddha, is there no passing away?" He replied, "There will be." Jetsun said, "In that case, various appearances will occur." Just as he said, the great Jetsun did not appear, and the seat cushion and cloth robe were taken as objects of faith for the body. Because the appearance was pure, it was decided to go to the land of the Dakinis. In the eighty-four impure appearances, the Bonpos poisoned him, and knowing it, he drank it and passed away. Rechungpa arrived before reaching him, and they met again. Leaving again, he encountered the cremation of the remains. After praying, he showed his face and gave teachings. Smoke swirled, rainbows encircled, rainbow light, the scene was beautiful. The relics and remains were invited to the lotus seat. The main disciples were of three types: Gampopa, who subdued manifest beings with supernatural powers; Tseringma, who subdued formless gods and demons with supernatural powers; and Lhankyedron, who subdued the most fortunate with supreme supernatural powers. His disciples and disciples of disciples were countless, and in this snowy land, the great tradition of the practice lineage is praised. The extensive biography of Milarepa is not written in detail because it is too long, but here only a brief collection is made as a basis for faith. If there is any fault here, I confess to the Dharma Lord Tashi Tseringma and the five sisters. May this virtue enable me and those connected to me to give up everything in this life and practice with our lives. May we be able to complete the biography of Milarepa and thereby attain supreme accomplishment in one lifetime. This was written by a practitioner named Jathang Raga. Mangalam! The Nangchen Angang Craft Culture Tantric Dharma Development Island Ancient Book Restoration Room in Upper Kham edited and published it. The Life of Mila.
