།སྔ་རབས་འདས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ད་ལྟར་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཕྱི་རབས་འབྱོན་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་རབ་འབྱམས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་མུ་མཐའ་མེད་པ་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་གཅིག་བཅུ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་ཁྲི་འབུམ་བྱེ་བ་ས་ཡ་དུང་ཕྱུར་གང་གཱའི་ཀློང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་གྲངས་དང་ངེས་པར་མཉམ་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ལ་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས། བརྩེ་བའི་ཐུགས་རྗེ། མཛད་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་སྐྱོབ་པའི་ནུས་མཐུ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ་མངའ་བ་ལགས་པས་ཆེ་གེ་མོའི་ཐོག་དྲངས་ནམ་མཁའི་མཐའ་དང་མཉམ་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མདུན་ནས་བསུ་མ་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། རྒྱབ་ནས་སྐྱེལ་མ་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། འཇིགས་པའི་མུན་ནག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་སྒྲོན་མེ་འབར་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། ལས་ཀྱི་རླུང་དམར་དྲག་པོ་ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས་བཟློག་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། གཡང་ས་ཆེན་པོ་བདེ་བའི་ལམ་ལ་བསྒྱུར་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། གཤིན་རྗེ་དང་བར་དོའི་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་སེམས་དཔའ་དང་སེམས་མའི་གྲོགས་སུ་བསྒྱུར་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། སྒྲ་འོད་ཟེར་གསུམ་ཀྱི་འཇིགས་སྐྲག་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་བྱུང་རིག་པའི་རང་རྩལ་དུ་ངོ་སྤྲད་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། རིགས་བརྒྱ་ཞི་ཁྲོའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐྱོབ་པའི་ལྷ་དང་ལྷ་མོར་སྟོན་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། རིགས་དྲུག་གི་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་ངན་པ་ཆོད་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། འཁོར་བ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས་སྒྲོལ་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། སྐུ་གསུམ་དག་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་རྣམས་སུ་འདྲེན་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། ཞེས་བརྗོད། དེ་ནས། བཤགས་ཡུལ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལས་བདུད་རྩི་སྣ་ལྔ་འོད་ཟེར་དང་བཅས་པ་བྱུང་ནས། ཁྱོད་རང་གི་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་བག་ཆགས་དང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་མུན་ཁུང་དུ་སྒྲོན་མེ་བཏེགས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་སངས་ཀྱིས་དག་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། ཅེས་སྡིག་པ་བཤགས་པའི་ཆོ་ག་བྱེད་དུ་བཅུག་ལ། སྡིག་པ་བཤགས་པའི་ཆོ་ག

向过去诸佛和菩萨顶礼！供养，皈依！向现在安住的诸佛和菩萨顶礼！供养，皈依！向未来将要出现的诸佛和菩萨顶礼！供养，皈依！向十方无边广大如海的无尽世界中安住的诸佛和菩萨，其数量与一、十、百、千、万、亿、兆、京、垓、秭、穰、沟、涧、正、载，以及恒河沙数相等者，顶礼！供养，皈依！ 因为您们具有不可思议的智慧、慈悲和事业，以及救护的力量，祈请以某某为首，迎接与虚空边际相等的一切众生。祈请从背后护送。祈请在恐怖的黑暗中点燃智慧的明灯。祈请以慈悲的力量阻挡业力的猛烈狂风。祈请将巨大的悬崖转化为安乐的道路。祈请将阎罗和中阴的所有众生转化为勇士和勇母的同伴。祈请将声音、光芒、光线三种的恐惧，都认知为自生觉性的自性力量。祈请将百部寂静忿怒的诸神，都显示为救护的本尊和本母。祈请断除六道的恶劣生门。祈请从轮回痛苦的巨大海洋中解脱。祈请引导至三身清净的净土。如是说。 然后，从忏悔境的身体中，出现五种甘露和光芒，融入你自己的身语意三门，从而使罪障、习气和痛苦全部像在黑暗中点燃明灯一样，清净消除，生起这样的信心。这样，就让人进行忏悔的仪轨。 忏悔仪轨

I prostrate to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the past! I offer and take refuge! I prostrate to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who are presently abiding! I offer and take refuge! I prostrate to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who will come in the future! I offer and take refuge! I prostrate to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the limitless, vast, and boundless ocean of the ten directions, whose number is equal to one, ten, hundred, thousand, million, billion, trillion, quadrillion, quintillion, sextillion, septillion, octillion, nonillion, decillion, and the sands of the Ganges! Because you possess inconceivable wisdom, compassion, activity, and the power to protect, I pray that you will welcome all sentient beings equal to the extent of space, led by so-and-so. I pray that you will escort them from behind. I pray that you will ignite the lamp of wisdom in the great darkness of fear. I pray that you will forcefully reverse the violent red wind of karma with compassion. I pray that you will transform the great precipice into a path of bliss. I pray that you will transform all beings of Yama and the bardo into companions of heroes and heroines. I pray that you will introduce all the fears of sound, light, and rays as the self-existing power of self-awareness. I pray that you will show all the deities of the hundred families of peace and wrath as protecting deities and goddesses. I pray that you will cut off the evil gateways of the six realms. I pray that you will liberate from the great ocean of suffering of samsara. I pray that you will lead to the pure realms of the three kayas. Thus, it is said. Then, from the bodies of the objects of confession, five nectars and rays of light arise and dissolve into your own body, speech, and mind, thereby purifying and eliminating all sins, obscurations, habitual tendencies, and sufferings, like lighting a lamp in a dark place. Generate such faith. Thus, one is made to perform the ritual of confession. The Ritual of Confession
