་དཔལ་ལྡན་མར་མེ་མཛད། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་འབྲོམ་སྟོན་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན། །སྲོལ་འཛིན་ཟླ་མེད་པུ་ཏོ་གླང་ཤར་སོགས། །བཀའ་གདམས་བརྒྱུད་པ་རྣམས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །རྒྱལ་བ་གཉིས་པ་རྗེ་བཙུན་བློ་བཟང་གྲགས། །རིགས་པའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྒྱལ་ཚབ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན། །མདོ་སྔགས་བསྟན་པའི་མངའ་བདག་མཁས་གྲུབ་རྗེ། །འདུལ་བ་འཛིན་པའི་ཞབས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདབས། །བློ་བཟང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་འཛིན་པའི་མཆོག །ངག་གི་དབང་ཕྱུག་བློ་བཟང་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་སྡེ། །མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་བློ་བཟང་ཡེ་ཤེས་བསྟན་པའི་དཔལ། །བསྐལ་བཟང་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཞབས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །པཎ་ཆེན་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་དཔལ་ལྡན་ཡེ་ཤེས་དབང་། །རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པ་རྒྱལ་སྲས་པཎྜི་ཏ། གྲུབ་པའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་སོགས། །བཤེས་གཉེན་དམ་པ་རྣམས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །སྐྱེ་བ་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཞེས་སོགས་ཀྱང་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །ཚུལ་འདི་བསྐུལ་ཞིང་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་དགེས། །འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དཔལ་ཐོབ་ཅིང་། །བདེ་ལྡན་ཞིང་སྐྱེ་ཚེ་རབས་ཀུན། །དམ་པའི་མགོན་གྱིས་རྗེ་འཛིན་ཤོག། །།ཅེས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དང་། བླ་མ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་མདོར་བསྡུས་པ་འདི་ནི་དད་དང་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ལྡན་པའི་ཟམ་ཐང་མདོའི་དགེ་སློང་བློ་གྲོས་ཀུན་དགས་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཞིག་གྱིས་དང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་གསུང་འབུམ་གྱི་ནང་དུ་བག་ཆགས་ཙམ་འཇོག་ཕྱིར་ཁོ་བོ་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ལག་གིས་པར་དུ་བརྐོ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བསྐུལ་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཤཱཀྱའི་དགེ་སློང་བཤད་སྒྲུབ་མིང་ཅན་གྱིས་ཅོ་ནེའི་དགོན་ཉིད་དུ་སྦྱར་བ་སྟེ་པར་གྱི་ཡི་གེ་བ་ནི་དགེ་སློང་གྲགས་པ་དཔལ་འབྱོར་རོ། །མངྒལཾ། ། ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དང་བླ་མ་རྒྱུད་པའི་གསོལ་འདེབས།

吉祥具德燃灯佛，观世音自在仲敦巴遍知，开创无双普托朗夏等，祈请噶当传承诸位。第二佛陀至尊洛桑扎巴，理智自在嘉擦遍知，显密教法之主克珠杰，祈请持律者之莲足。执持洛桑曲吉坚赞之殊胜，语自在洛桑嘉措之众，殊胜化身洛桑益西丹贝华，祈请格桑嘉措之莲足。班禅化身吉祥益西旺，金刚持者，王之子班智达，成就自在洛哲嘉措等，祈请诸位圣善知识。生生世世等也应当念诵。以此劝请和成办之善，获得不死寿命之吉祥，安乐具足之净土，生生世世，祈愿上师摄受我。这是无量寿佛之瑜伽和，上师传承祈请文之简略版，是具信和智慧的赞塘寺的格隆洛哲滚达劝请说：请您也做一个这样的，为了在您的文集中留下印记，我亲自用手雕版，因此释迦比丘宣讲修持者在卓尼寺撰写，刻版者是比丘扎巴华觉。吉祥！ 无量寿佛之瑜伽和上师传承祈请文。

Glorious and virtuous Marme Dze, compassionate Avalokiteśvara Dromtonpa Omniscient, founders like the unparalleled Puto Langshar, I pray to all the Kadampa lineage. Second Buddha, venerable Lobsang Drakpa, Lord of reasoning, Gyaltsap Omniscient, master of Sutra and Tantra teachings, Khedrup Je, I pray to the feet of the Vinaya holder. Supreme holder of Lobsang Chökyi Gyaltsen, Lord of speech, assembly of Lobsang Gyatso, supreme incarnation Lobsang Yeshe Tenpai Pal, I pray to the feet of Kelsang Gyatso. Panchen incarnation, glorious Yeshe Wang, Vajra holder, prince Pandit, accomplished master Lodrö Gyatso, etc., I pray to all the holy spiritual friends.
