祈请遣除星曜之害，邪魔之害，灾祸之害，大劫之害！总而言之，祈愿所有不和不顺的恶缘障碍平息，所有如意愿望成就，所有悉地赐予我等！赐予我等稳固长寿之悉地，绝美形色之悉地，悦耳妙音之悉地，芬芳妙香之悉地，甘甜美味之悉地，柔和触感之悉地，迅疾骏马之悉地，如意宝乘之悉地，滋养美食之悉地，所需所欲之珍宝悉地，充满珍宝之妙瓶悉地，所需一切用具之悉地，祈愿赐予所有悉地！ 祈请诸位殊胜供养处，于我与施主眷属等，消除违缘，一切顺缘，于成办一切善事之际，供养不净不全，以及无法令您欢喜等，所有过失罪障，于您等尊前忏悔，祈请宽恕，并请返回各自之住所！ 祈愿根本传承上师吉祥！本尊神吉祥！诸佛吉祥！菩萨众吉祥！声闻缘觉圣者吉祥！勇士空行吉祥！护法众吉祥！ 愿人寿财富吉祥！愿牲畜福运吉祥！愿食物精华吉祥！愿家宅富饶吉祥！愿福运稳固不变吉祥！愿吉祥连绵不断！愿一切事业成就！ 此乃名号为讲修者所作。 吉祥！ 熏香文：如意之源。

Please dispel the harm of stars, the harm of evil spirits, the harm of disasters, and the harm of great calamities! In short, may all unfavorable and discordant evil obstacles be pacified, may all wishes be fulfilled, and may all siddhis be granted to us! Grant us the siddhi of stable longevity, the siddhi of exquisite form, the siddhi of pleasant sound, the siddhi of fragrant scent, the siddhi of sweet taste, the siddhi of gentle touch, the siddhi of swift horses, the siddhi of wish-fulfilling vehicles, the siddhi of nourishing food, the siddhi of desired treasures, the siddhi of wonderful vases filled with treasures, the siddhi of all necessary implements, may all siddhis be granted! O venerable objects of offering, please eliminate obstacles and create favorable conditions for me, the patrons, and our retinues. During the occasion of accomplishing all good deeds, I confess all faults and transgressions such as impure and incomplete offerings, and the inability to please you. Please forgive me and return to your respective abodes! May the root and lineage gurus be auspicious! May the yidam deities be auspicious! May all Buddhas be auspicious! May the assembly of Bodhisattvas be auspicious! May the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas be auspicious! May the heroes and dakinis be auspicious! May the Dharma protectors be auspicious! May there be auspiciousness of life and wealth for people! May there be auspiciousness of good fortune for livestock! May there be auspiciousness of essence for food! May there be auspiciousness of prosperity for homes! May there be auspiciousness of stable and unchanging fortune! May auspiciousness be continuous and unbroken! May all purposes be accomplished!
