ཚེ་རིལ་བསྒྲུབ་ཚུལ་འཆི་མེད་དཔལ་སྦྱིན། ཚེ་རིལ་བསྒྲུབ་ཚུལ་འཆི་མེད་དཔལ་སྦྱིན། ཚེ་རིལ་བསྒྲུབ་ཚུལ་འཆི་མེད་དཔལ་སྦྱིན་བཞུགས། ཚེ་ཡི་མཆོག་སྩོལ་མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །འཆི་མེད་དཔལ་སྟེར་རྗེ་བཙུན་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ། །ཚེ་སྦྱིན་ཡིད་བཞིན་འཁོར་ལོ་ལ་སོགས་པ། །འཆི་མེད་སྩོལ་མཛད་རྣམས་ལ་གུས་ཕྱག་འཚལ། །འདིར་ཚེ་རིལ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་འདོད། །མཆོད་པ་རྣམས་སྟ་གོན་བྱས་ལ། སྐྱབས་སེམས་སྔོན་དུ་བཏང་ལ། བདག་མདུན་གཉིས་ལས། དང་པོ་ལ། རང་ཉིད་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་རྒྱལ་བ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་སྐུ་མདོག་དམར་པོ་ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་པར་གསལ་བར་གྱུར། བདག་མདུན་གྱི་མཆོད་པ་ཐུན་མོང་དུ་བྱིན་བརླབ་བྱ་བ་ནི། ༀ་པདྨ་ནྟ་ཀྲི་ཏ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། ༀ་སྭ་བྷ་ཝ་ནས་ཧཾཿ སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་ༀ་ལས་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣོད་ཡངས་ཤིང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་རང་རང་གི་མིང་ཡིག་དང་པོ་ཐིག་ལེས་བརྒྱན་པ་ཞུ་བ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་མཆོད་ཡོན། ཞབས་བསིལ། ནས་རོལ་མོ་རྣམས་དངས་ཤིང་ཐོག་པ་མེད་པ་ཟག་མེད་ཀྱི་བདེ་བ་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་སྟེར་བར་གྱུར། ༀ་ཨརྒྷཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ནས་ཤཔྟ་ཨཱུཿཧཱུཾ་གིས་བརླབ། དེ་ནས། སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝས་སྦྱངས། སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་པཾ་ལས་པད་མ་དང་ཨ་ལས་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་རང་གི་སེམས་ཉིད་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་དམར་པོ་རིང་ཆ་ཚེག་དྲག་དང་བཅས་པ། དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་དོན་བྱས་ཚུར་འདུས་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས། རང་ཉིད་རྒྱལ་བ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་སྐུ་མདོག་དམར་པོ་ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་པ་མཉམ་གཞག་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་སྟེང་ན་འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་བདུད་རྩིས་གང་བའི་བུཾ་པ་བསྣམས་པ། རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་དབུ་རྒྱན་ལ་སོགས་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་རྒྱན་སྣ་ཚོགས་པས་སྤྲས་ཤིང་། ལྷ་རྫས་ཀྱི་དར་གྱི་སྟོད་གཡོགས་དང་སྨད་གཡོགས་མཛེས་པར་གསོལ་བ། འོད་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོའི་དབུས་ན་ཞབས་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་གིས་བཞུགས་པ། རང་གི་སྤྱི་བོར་ༀ་དཀར་པོ་ནས་ཧཱུཾ་སྔོན་པོ། དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། བདེ་བ་ཅན་ནས་རྒྱལ་བ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་བསྐོར་བ་སྤྱན་དྲངས། ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པར་གྱུར། སླར་ཡང་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཧཱུཾ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། དབང་གི་ལྷ་རྣམས་སྤྱན་དྲངས། ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བདག་ལ་མངོན་པར་དབང་བསྐུར་ཏུ་གསོལ། ནས་ཆུ་ལྷག་མ་སྤྱི་གཙུག་ཏུ་གནས་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱིས་དབུ་བརྒྱན་པར་གྱུར། དེ་ནས་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ་བ་ནི། ཚིགས་བཅད་སྔགས་དང་བཅས་པ་སམ། བསྡུ་ན་ༀ་

长寿丸修法·赐予不死之吉祥 长寿丸修法·赐予不死之吉祥 长寿丸修法·赐予不死之吉祥仪轨。 赐予寿命之胜乐怙主无量寿， 赐予不死之吉祥至尊尊胜佛母， 赐予寿命如意轮等等， 对赐予不死者们恭敬顶礼。 此处欲修长寿丸，陈设供品，先行皈依发心。自前二者中，首先，自己刹那间观想为红色一面二臂的胜者无量寿佛。加持自前共同之供品：嗡 班玛 当 嘎日 达 吽 啪 嗡 梭巴瓦 自 吽 从空性中，嗡字化为宽广浩大的珍宝器皿，其中各自的名称首字母以明点装饰，融化后产生供水、洗足水，乃至乐器，清澈无垢，赐予无漏之殊胜安乐。嗡 阿甘 阿 吽 乃至 啥达 阿 吽 加持。之后，以梭巴瓦清净。从空性中，由班字化为莲花，阿字化为月轮，其上自己的心性舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ）字，红色，具有长音符和止音符。从其放光，成办有情之利益，收摄融入，完全转变，自己成为胜者无量寿佛，身红色，一面二臂，于等持手印之上托着充满不死寿命甘露之宝瓶。以珍宝头饰等各种珍宝饰品庄严，身着天物的丝绸上衣和下裙，美观悦意。于光蕴中央，双足金刚跏趺坐。自己顶轮为白色嗡（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），乃至蓝色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。从其放光，从极乐世界迎请胜者无量寿佛，以及诸佛菩萨眷属围绕。 扎 吽 邦 霍 成为无二无别。再次，从心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字放光，迎请灌顶诸尊。祈请您等赐予我灌顶。乃至剩余之水停留在头顶，完全转变，由化身无量寿佛为之 adorn 头饰。之后，献供：以偈颂和咒语，或者简略则念嗡

Method of Accomplishing Longevity Pills - Bestowing Immortal Glory Method of Accomplishing Longevity Pills - Bestowing Immortal Glory Herein is the Method of Accomplishing Longevity Pills - Bestowing Immortal Glory. Homage to the protector Amitayus, giver of the supreme life, To Jetsun Namgyalma, bestower of immortal glory, To the life-giving Wish-Fulfilling Wheel and others, I respectfully bow to all who grant immortality. Here, I wish to accomplish the longevity pills. Having prepared the offerings, first take refuge and generate bodhicitta. From the two, self and front, firstly, instantly visualize yourself as the victorious Amitayus, with a red body, one face, and two arms. To bless the common offerings of self and front: OM PADMA NTA KRITA HUM PHAT. OM SVA BHAVA to HAM. From emptiness, from OM, vast and extensive precious vessels arise, within which the first letter of each of their names, adorned with bindus, melts and transforms into offering water, foot-washing water, and musical instruments, clear and without obstruction, bestowing the special bliss of non-contamination. Bless with OM ARGHAM AH HUM to SHAPTA AH HUM. Then, purify with SVABHAVA. From emptiness, from PAM arises a lotus, and from A arises a moon mandala, upon which is your own mind, the red HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ) syllable, with a long mark and tsek-drak. From it, light radiates, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings, gathers back, and completely transforms, you yourself become the victorious Amitayus, with a red body, one face, and two arms, holding a vase filled with the immortal nectar of life upon the mudra of equipoise. Adorned with precious crown ornaments and various precious ornaments, beautifully wearing divine silk upper and lower garments. Seated in the vajra posture amidst a mass of light. At your own crown is white OM (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), and blue HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). From them, light radiates, inviting the victorious Amitayus from Sukhavati, surrounded by a retinue of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. DZA HUM BAM HOH become inseparable. Again, from the HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at your heart, light radiates, inviting the deities of empowerment. I beseech you to grant me empowerment. Until the remaining water remains at the crown of the head, completely transforming, the emanation Amitayus adorns the head. Then, offer the offerings: with verses and mantras, or briefly recite OM.
