Bestows both common and supreme accomplishments, Fanning with the fly-whisk of Mahamudra. Says to the fortunate ones: Come here! If you do retreat, do it like that! On the Gangtise snow mountain, The venerable Milarepa yogi, Accomplished Buddhahood completely in one lifetime. Offering food of profound dependent origination, Fanning with the fly-whisk of the key points of the path of means. Says to the diligent ones: Come here! If you do retreat, do it like that! In the great Bairong Monastery Lhago, The great and glorious Bairongpa, Obtained the accomplishment of Mahamudra. Bestows the nectar of accomplishing self and others, Fanning with the fly-whisk of emptiness and compassion. Says to the fortunate ones: Come here! If you do retreat, do it like that! If you only imitate the practice of the predecessors, Doing it like that is just imitating. Going to the mountains alone to practice, If there is no fear or dread, And the key points of meditation are not confused, Being without distraction is true seclusion. To say another word, fortunate practitioners, There are four heartfelt words to remember: View, meditation, conduct, and result are the key instructions. Regarding the nature of mind, Mahamudra, Without doing too much analysis of existence and non-existence, Decide thoroughly to be free from all extremes. When the view merges into the Dharmadhatu, The wisdom sword of realization, Quench it with scripture and realization, Cut off the root of ignorance completely. Regarding the great innate bliss, Without counting the hours of day and night, Let the natural state be continuous. When meditation reaches the goal, Place the wish-fulfilling jewel banner on top, Wipe it with bliss, clarity, and non-thought. Let all needs and wishes arise. In the conduct of great equanimity, Without having doubts of acceptance and rejection, Let everything become an aid. When conduct reaches its limit, Conduct is like the wheel of a chariot, With the twin wheels of skillful means and wisdom, Tame and subdue, benefit others. Regarding one's own three doors of body, speech, and mind, Do not have hope and fear, acceptance and rejection.

Thus practice. May the three kayas be complete in themselves. When the fruit is manifest, it is just like a treasure in the house of the poor. May you and all sentient beings of the six realms obtain Buddhahood in this life.
