我于痛苦所布之刹，白光显现欢喜之刹，黄光具有光荣之刹，红光极乐世界之刹，绿光事业圆满之刹，若不认识，五光即五方，彼等之中，蓝光乃中央之方，白光此乃东方，黄光此乃南方，红光此乃西方，绿光乃北方。若知五光之义，乃饮血五部之身，蓝光金刚黑汝嘎，白光佛陀黑汝嘎，黄光宝生黑汝嘎，红光莲花黑汝嘎，绿光羯磨黑汝嘎。若不认识，乃五毒魔，白光天子之魔，蓝光死主之魔，黄光蕴之魔，红光烦恼之魔，绿光无明迷惑之魔。若知五光之义，乃空行五部，蓝光金刚空行，白光佛空行，黄光宝生空行，红光莲花空行，绿光事业空行。名为《明镜之认识》，莲师我埋藏为珍宝之伏藏，噶玛林巴之伏藏也。愿吉祥！ 明镜之认识，见即自解脱。

If not recognized, the five lights are the five directions, Among them, the blue light is the central direction, This white light is the eastern direction, This yellow light is the southern direction, This red light is the western direction, The green light is the northern direction. If the meaning of the five lights is known, they are the bodies of the five families of Herukas, The blue light is Vajra Heruka, The white light is Buddha Heruka, The yellow light is Ratna Heruka, The red light is Padma Heruka, The green light is Karma Heruka. If not recognized, they are the five demonic afflictions, The white light is the demon of the son of the gods, The blue light is the demon of the Lord of Death, The yellow light is the demon of the skandhas, The red light is the demon of afflictions, The green light is the demon of ignorance and delusion. If the meaning of the five lights is known, they are the five families of Dakinis, The blue light is Vajra Dakini, The white light is Buddha Dakini, The yellow light is Ratna Dakini, The red light is Padma Dakini, The green light is Karma Dakini.
