(1) A non-fetter-phenomenon conditioned by a fetter-phenomenon arises by the condition of root – non-fetter aggregates conditioned by fetters. (2) A non-fetter-phenomenon conditioned by a fetter-phenomenon and a non- and non-fettering phenomena arise due to root condition – dependent on one non-fettering aggregate, three aggregates and fettering [phenomena] and mind-originated form… dependent on two aggregates… (3) 3. Dependent on fettering and non-fettering phenomena, fettering phenomena arise due to root condition – dependent on the fetter of sensual desire and the associated aggregates, the fetter of wrong view, the fetter of ignorance (a cycle should be formed).
