A condition leading to accumulation, associated with a condition leading to accumulation, arises by not-dominance condition... not-pre-nascence condition... not-post-nascence condition... not-repetition condition... three aggregates associated with one condition leading to accumulation... two aggregates... A condition neither leading to accumulation nor to diminution, associated with a condition neither leading to accumulation nor to diminution, arises by not-repetition condition – associated with one condition neither leading to accumulation nor to diminution... at the moment of rebirth... not-kamma condition... not-result condition... not-jhana condition... not-path condition... not-dissociation condition. 2. Discordance of Conditions 2. Section on Enumeration Pure 42. In not-root, two; in not-dominance, three; in not-pre-nascence, three; in not-post-nascence, three; in not-repetition, three. in two, in kamma three, in vipāka three, in jhāna one, in magga one, in vippayutta three (thus should be counted). The Negative. 3. The Causal-Affirmative-Negative 43. From the condition of root, in non-domination three, in non-pre-arising three, in non-post-arising three, in non-repetition two, in non-kamma three, in non-vipāka three, in non-disassociation three (thus should be counted). The Affirmative-Negative. 4. The Causal-Negative-Affirmative 44. From the non-condition of root, in object two, in immediate, in co-immediate, in co-arisen, in mutual, in support, in strong support, in pre-arisen, in repetition, in kamma, in all two, in vipāka one, in nutriment two, in faculty two, in jhāna two, in magga one, in association two, in disassociation, in existence, in non-existence, in disappearance, in non-disappearance two (thus should be counted). The Negative-Affirmative. The Conjoined Section. 6. The Associated Section (The Associated Section is similar to the Conjoined Section.) 7. The Question Section 1. The Causal-Affirmative 1. The Analysis Section The Root Condition 45. The accumulating dhamma is a condition by root condition for the accumulating dhamma – the accumulating roots are a condition by root condition for the associated aggregates. (1) The accumulating dhamma is a condition by root condition for the neither-accumulating-nor-diminishing dhamma – the accumulating roots are a condition by root condition for the mind-originated material forms. (2) The accumulating dhamma is a condition by root condition for the accumulating dhamma and for the neither-accumulating-nor-diminishing dhamma – the accumulating roots are a condition by root condition for the associated aggregates and for the mind-originated material forms. (3) The diminishing dhamma is a condition by root condition for the diminishing dhamma… three. The neither-accumulating-nor-diminishing dhamma is a condition by root condition for the neither-accumulating-nor-diminishing dhamma – the neither-accumulating-nor-diminishing roots are a condition by root condition for the associated aggregates and for the mind-originated material forms. At the moment of re-linking, the neither-accumulating-nor-diminishing Roots leading to non-accumulation are a condition by way of root condition for associated aggregates and for kamma-born matter. (1) Object Condition 46. A phenomenon leading to accumulation is a condition by way of object condition for a phenomenon leading to accumulation – having given alms, having undertaken precepts, having performed the Uposatha observance, one reviews that; one reviews good deeds done previously; having emerged from jhana, one reviews jhana. Learners review abandoned defilements; they review suppressed defilements; they know defilements accumulated previously. Learners or ordinary people see the aggregates leading to accumulation as impermanent, as suffering, as not-self; they enjoy and delight in them; based on that, lust arises, wrong view... doubt... restlessness... displeasure arises; by mind-penetrating knowledge, they know the mind of one endowed with a mind leading to accumulation; the wholesome consciousness of the sphere of infinite space is a condition by way of object condition for the wholesome consciousness of the sphere of infinite consciousness. The wholesome consciousness of the sphere of nothingness for the wholesome consciousness of the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception... The aggregates leading to accumulation are a condition by way of object condition for the knowledge of psychic powers, for the knowledge of penetrating minds, for the knowledge of recollecting past lives, for the knowledge of the passing away and reappearance of beings according to their kamma, for the knowledge of future events. (1) A phenomenon leading to accumulation is a condition by way of object condition for a phenomenon neither leading to accumulation nor non-accumulation – an Arahant reviews abandoned defilements; knows defilements accumulated previously; sees the aggregates leading to accumulation as impermanent, as suffering, as not-self; by mind-penetrating knowledge, knows the mind of one endowed with a mind leading to accumulation. Learners or ordinary people see the aggregates leading to accumulation as impermanent, as suffering, as not-self; when wholesome states have ceased, resultant apprehension of the object arises; one enjoys and delights in the aggregates leading to accumulation; based on that, lust arises... displeasure arises; when unwholesome states have ceased, resultant apprehension of the object arises; the wholesome consciousness of the sphere of infinite space is a condition by way of object condition for the resultant and functional consciousness of the sphere of infinite consciousness. That which is skillful consciousness of the sphere of nothingness is a condition by way of object condition for the resultant and functional consciousness of the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception. Accumulation-bound aggregates are a condition by way of object condition for the knowledge of penetration of minds, for the knowledge of recollection of past lives, for the knowledge of knowing beings' destinies according to their kamma, for the knowledge of future events, for advertence. The non-accumulation-bound phenomenon is a condition by way of object condition for the accumulation-bound phenomenon – Trainees, having emerged from the path, review the path. By the knowledge of penetration of minds, they know the mind of one endowed with non-accumulation-bound consciousness. Non-accumulation-bound aggregates are a condition by way of object condition for the knowledge of penetration of minds, for the knowledge of recollection of past lives, for the knowledge of future events. The non-accumulation-bound phenomenon is a condition by way of object condition for the neither-accumulation-bound-nor-non-accumulation-bound phenomenon – An Arahant, having emerged from the path, reviews the path. By the knowledge of penetration of minds, he knows the mind of one endowed with non-accumulation-bound consciousness. Non-accumulation-bound aggregates are a condition by way of object condition for the knowledge of penetration of minds, for the knowledge of recollection of past lives, for the knowledge of future events, for advertence. The neither-accumulation-bound-nor-non-accumulation-bound phenomenon is a condition by way of object condition for the neither-accumulation-bound-nor-non-accumulation-bound phenomenon – An Arahant reviews the fruit. He reviews Nibbāna. Nibbāna is a condition by way of object condition for the fruit, for advertence. An Arahant discerns the eye as impermanent, suffering, non-self. The ear... (and so on)... the base... He discerns the neither-accumulation-bound-nor-non-accumulation-bound aggregates as impermanent, suffering, non-self. With the divine eye, he sees forms. With the divine ear element, he hears sounds. By the knowledge of penetration of minds, he knows the mind of one endowed with neither-accumulation-bound-nor-non-accumulation-bound consciousness. Functional consciousness of the sphere of infinite space is a condition by way of object condition for functional consciousness of the sphere of infinite consciousness. Functional consciousness of the sphere of nothingness for functional consciousness of the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception... (and so on)... The visible object for eye-consciousness... (and so on)... The tangible object for body-consciousness... (and so on)... Neither-accumulation-bound-nor-non-accumulation-bound aggregates i Is a condition by way of object condition for the advertence to the knowledge of psychic powers, to the knowledge of the minds of others, to the knowledge of past lives, to the knowledge of future events. (1) The neither-leading-to-accumulation-nor-to-diminution phenomenon is a condition by way of object condition for the phenomenon leading to accumulation. Trainees review the fruit, review Nibbāna. Nibbāna is a condition by way of object condition for the change-of-lineage, for purification. Trainees or ordinary people see the eye as impermanent, as suffering, as not-self, delight in it, rejoice in it. Concerning that, lust arises... etc. ... displeasure arises. The ear... etc. ... the base... The neither-leading-to-accumulation-nor-to-diminution aggregates they see as impermanent, as suffering, as not-self, delight in them, rejoice in them. Concerning that, lust arises, wrong view arises, doubt... etc. ... restlessness... etc. ... displeasure... etc. They see forms with the divine eye, hear sounds with the divine ear element. With the knowledge of the minds of others, they know the mind of one endowed with a neither-leading-to-accumulation-nor-to-diminution mind. The neither-leading-to-accumulation-nor-to-diminution aggregates are a condition by way of object condition for the knowledge of psychic powers, for the knowledge of the minds of others, for the knowledge of past lives,
