(2) By way of a not-grasped but to-be-grasped phenomenon, a not-grasped but to-be-grasped phenomenon arises, not by way of kamma condition: by way of not-grasped but to-be-grasped aggregates, not-grasped but to-be-grasped volition. External... arisen from nutriment... arisen from temperature, by way of one great element... and so on.
