For those in the Pure Abodes, for those in the Formless-sphere, for them there the nose-base also does not arise, and the form-base also did not arise. For those passing away from the Sense-sphere, for those without a nose, for those reborn in the Sense-sphere, for those in the Form-sphere, for those in the Formless-sphere, for them there the nose-base does not arise, but for them there the mind-base did arise. For those attaining final Nibbāna in the Pure Abodes, for those passing away from the non-percipient realm, for them there the form-base also does not arise, and the mind-base also did not arise. (B) Or for whom, where the mind-base did not arise, does the form-base not arise for him there? For those arising in the Pure Abodes, for those arising in the non-percipient realm, for them there the mind-base did not arise, but for them there the form-base does arise. For those attaining final Nibbāna in the Pure Abodes, for those passing away from the non-percipient realm, for them there the mind-base also did not arise, and the form-base also does not arise. (A) For whom, where the form-base does not arise, did the phenomenon-base not arise for him there? For all those passing away, for those arising in the formless realms, for them there the form-base does not arise, but for them there the phenomenon-base did arise. For those attaining final Nibbāna in the Pure Abodes, for them there the form-base also does not arise, and the phenomenon-base also did not arise. (B) Or for whom, where the phenomenon-base did not arise, does the form-base not arise for him there? For those arising in the Pure Abodes, for them there the phenomenon-base did not arise, but for them there the form-base does arise. For all those passing away, for those arising without consciousness, for them there the mind-base does not arise, but for them there the phenomenon-base did arise. (Kha) Or again, for whom, where, the phenomena-base did not arise, for them there, the mind-base does not arise? For those who are reborn in the Pure Abodes, for them there, the phenomena-base did not arise, but for them there, the mind-base does arise. For those who attain final Nibbāna in the Pure Abodes, for them there, the phenomena-base did not arise, and the mind-base does not arise. For those who are final-existents, who are being reborn in the five-constituent existence, and for those who, having been reborn in the formless realm, will attain final Nibbāna, for them, while being reborn, the eye-base arises, but for them, the ear-base will not arise. For the others, who have eyes, while being reborn, for them, the eye-base arises, and the ear-base will arise. (Kha) Or again, for whom will the ear-base arise, for them does the eye-base arise? For all who are passing away, and for those without eyes, while being reborn, for them, the ear-base will arise, but for them, the eye-base does not arise. For those with eyes, while being reborn, for them, the ear-base will arise, and the eye-base does arise. (Ka) For whom the eye-base arises, for them will the nose-base arise? For those who are final-existents, who are being reborn in the five-constituent existence, and for those who, having been reborn in the form realm or the formless realm, will attain final Nibbāna, for them, while being reborn, the eye-base arises, but for them, the nose-base will not arise. For the others, who have eyes, while being reborn, for them, the eye-base arises, and the nose-base will arise. (Kha) Or again, for whom will the nose-base arise, for them does the eye-base arise? For all who are passing away, and for those without eyes, while being reborn, For them, the nose-base will arise, but for them, the eye-base does not arise. For those with eyes, when being reborn, for them, the nose-base will arise, and the eye-base arises. (A) For whom the eye-base arises, for them will the form-base arise? For those in their last existence, being reborn in the five-constituent realm, and those who, having been reborn in the formless realm, will attain final Nibbāna, for them, when being reborn, the eye-base arises, but for them, the form-base will not arise. For others, those with eyes, when being reborn, for them, the eye-base arises, and the form-base will arise. (B) Or for whom the form-base will arise, for them does the eye-base arise? For all those passing away, and for those without eyes, when being reborn, for them, the form-base will arise, but for them, the eye-base does not arise. For those with eyes, when being reborn, for them, the form-base will arise, and the eye-base arises. (A) For whom the eye-base arises, for them will the mind-base arise? For those in their last existence, being reborn in the five-constituent realm, for them, the eye-base arises, but for them, the mind-base will not arise. For others, those with eyes, when being reborn, for them, the eye-base arises, and the mind-base will arise. (B) Or for whom the mind-base will arise, for them does the eye-base arise?
