Has it not been said by the Blessed One: "I saw, monks, surveying the world with the Buddha-eye, beings with little dust and much dust, with keen faculties and dull faculties, of good disposition, easy to instruct, some dwelling seeing danger in faults of the other world!" Is there indeed such a Sutta? Yes. Then there are mundane five faculties. The discourse on Faculties is concluded. The Nineteenth Chapter.
