现在，由五光组成的，拥有舒适姿态的骷髅身天神之身，以白色ཨཱོཾ་（藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：唵），红色ཨཱཿ（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），蓝色ཧཱུཾ་（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）三字为标志，光芒四射，迎请无量智慧，融入其中。 光之甘露灌顶，引出精华，以不死之精髓遍满，忿怒尊的甘露在内旋转，净化三界之障，品尝乐空之味，增益寿命与财富。 守护之寿命，疾病，邪魔，罪障等，融入死魔交错之中，以金刚橛尖端镇压。再次，三字光芒收摄，调伏之众生，净化业障，转化为本尊，汇集轮回涅槃之功德。 （３ｂ）从自身和守护对象融入，化为无畏坚硬的金刚身。如是观想，仅为提示，如杰尊·贡噶·钦波之事业仪轨所出，口中念诵：度垂雅玛ra匝，雅玛ra恰，卓达巴匝拉得，嘎拉ra巴，阿卓ra匝，雅玛ra匝，萨玛雅匝匝。尽可能念诵根本咒语。若欲作守护等事，则于他处可知。祈请事业 Yama 众。 以我之修持、供养、朵玛、事业，以及此道之功德力，祈愿佛法兴盛，持教者长寿，三宝尊贵，上师之意愿圆满，瑜伽士长寿，施主无障碍，福德、财富、心愿皆圆满，自他一切众生皆得圆满成佛。 如是发愿。最后，依次将守护轮、坛城，以及所依之外轮等，次第收摄，与主尊无别。从主尊上下收摄至心间，融入种子字，次第如彩虹般消散。再次如水生波浪般化为本尊身，如是破除常断二边。ཨཱོཾ།（藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：唵） 以菩提心、殊胜智慧、禅定，摧毁烦恼、我执、分别念，精进修持 Yamāntaka 之义，以此吉祥，愿今日安乐。如是等吉祥之语，随力所能而说。唉玛！具德时轮之传承意义，印度、尼泊尔班智达之传统，在此雪域，努钦、香琼之心髓精华，噶举派之口耳传承，如天铁般燃烧，光明传承持有者，我之引导者，一切种姓之主，法界自解脱之口诀精华，于心间如珍宝般旋转。因此，瑜伽士应恒常携带，苯教徒亦如是。

Now, the deity body of the skeleton, composed of five lights, possessing a comfortable posture, marked with the white Oṃ (藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable Om), the red Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable Ah), and the blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable Hum), radiating light, inviting immeasurable wisdom, and merging into it. The nectar of light empowers, drawing out the essence, pervading with the elixir of immortality, the nectar of the wrathful one swirling within, purifying the obscurations of the three realms, tasting the flavor of bliss and emptiness, increasing life and wealth. The life to be protected, diseases, demons, sins, and obscurations, all merge into the intertwined death demons, and are subdued by the tip of the phurba. Again, the three syllables' light converges, the beings to be tamed, purifying obscurations, transforming into the deity, gathering the qualities of samsara and nirvana. (3b) Merging from oneself and the object to be protected, transforming into an invincible, solid vajra body. Thus, contemplate, only as a reminder, as it appears in the activity ritual of Jetsun Kunga Chenpo, recite in the mouth: Du Tri Yama Raja, Yama Raksha, Krota Patsala Te, Kala Rupa, Akro Raja, Yama Raja, Samaya JAH JAH. Recite the root mantra as much as possible. If you wish to perform protection and other activities, then it should be known elsewhere. Please consider the assembly of Yama of Karma. By the power of my practice, offerings, torma, activities, and the merit of composing this path, may the Buddha's teachings flourish, may the holders of the teachings live long, may the Three Jewels be exalted, may the intentions of the lamas be fulfilled, may the yogis live long, may the patrons be without obstacles, may merit, wealth, and wishes be fulfilled, and may all beings, self and others, attain perfect enlightenment. Thus, make aspirations. Finally, gradually gather the protective circle, the mandala, and the outer circles of support, and become inseparable from the main deity. Gather from the top and bottom of the main deity into the heart, merging into the seed syllable, gradually disappearing like a rainbow. Again, like waves from water, transform into the deity's body, thus dispelling the extremes of permanence and annihilation. Oṃ (藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable Om). With bodhicitta, supreme wisdom, and samadhi, destroy afflictions, self-grasping, and all conceptual thoughts, diligently meditating on the meaning of Yamāntaka, with this auspiciousness, may there be happiness and well-being today. Utter such auspicious words as appropriate. Ema! The meaning of the lineage of the glorious Kalachakra, the tradition of the Indian and Nepalese pandits, in this snowy land, the heart essence of Nubchen and Zhangtrom, the oral transmission of the Kagyu lineage, burning like meteoric iron, the holders of the clear light lineage, my guide, the lord of all lineages, the essence of the self-liberated Dharma realm, swirling in the heart like a precious jewel. A thorn in the hearts of heretics, A blazing razor of meteoric iron, May the power of Heruka increase! This is the yoga of the wrathful water, the poisonous tree lineage of the Lord of Action, who embodies the three families, the blazing razor. At the request of the mantra-holding monk Ngawang Gyatso, during times when approach and accomplishment are crucial, one must primarily practice the action ritual composed by the great vidyadhara Kunga Chechok. Therefore, this essential reminder is made, abandoning what is mixed and difficult to express. Written at the Red Palace by the mantra-madman of Zahor, Zilnon Drakpo Tsal.
