伴随着达玛茹（ḍamaru，手鼓）的声音，念诵：嗡 班杂 拜若匝尼 耶哈日尼 萨 吽 帕 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ནི་ཡེ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र वैरोचनि ये हरिनि स हूँ फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra vairocani ye harini sa hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，嗡，金刚，光明遍照，耶，哈日尼，萨，吽，呸，梭哈！）。嗡 班杂 瓦日阿合 锕贝 舍亚 锕 锕（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བ་རཱ་ཧི་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र वाराहि आ वेशय आ आ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra vārāhi ā veśaya ā ā，嗡，金刚，瓦日阿合，进入，阿，阿！）。在神灵降临之前，强烈地念诵这些咒语。如果神灵降临于身体，身体会颤抖；如果神灵降临于语言，会发出桑吉提（saṃgīti，歌咏）的声音；如果神灵降临于思想，会产生念头。 然后，用宝瓶中的水进行沐浴，并在三个位置（额头、喉咙、心间）点上辛度拉（sindūra，红粉）的吉祥痣。让他们在心中观想弯刀（kartari）。从颅骨碗中倒入酒。介绍四种灌顶：用宝瓶中的水沐浴是宝瓶灌顶；点上辛度拉的吉祥痣，并在心中观想本尊母的法器弯刀是秘密灌顶；从颅骨碗中倒入酒，体验酒的味道和快乐是智慧灌顶；这三者（宝瓶灌顶、秘密灌顶、智慧灌顶）的本体无别是第四灌顶。 然后，献上最好的酒。将其纳入会供食子中，并将五种食子献给本尊母。将其他的食子献给护法。然后，布施一个食子。念诵吉祥祈愿文，并享用会供。然后，布施神灵食子。向土地神献上酬谢祭，进行歌舞等各种祭祀。忏悔，并祈请前往邬金（Oḍḍiyāna）。将白色食子献给六道众生和居住在此附近的土地神。将善根回向菩提。本尊母的秘密修持之灌顶仪轨圆满。 目录：五尊猪面空行母之灌顶仪轨

Accompanied by the sound of the ḍamaru (hand drum), recite: 'Oṃ Vajra Vairocani Ye Harini Sa Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ནི་ཡེ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र वैरोचनि ये हरिनि स हूँ फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra vairocani ye harini sa hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，Om, Vajra, Illuminating, Ye, Harini, Sa, Hum, Phat, Svaha!). Oṃ Vajra Varahi Ā Veśaya Ā Ā (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བ་རཱ་ཧི་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र वाराहि आ वेशय आ आ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra vārāhi ā veśaya ā ā，Om, Vajra, Varahi, Enter, A, A!).' Vigorously recite these mantras until the deity descends. If the deity descends upon the body, the body will tremble; if the deity descends upon the speech, a saṃgīti (chanting) sound will be emitted; if the deity descends upon the mind, thoughts will arise. Then, bathe with water from the vase and apply sindūra (red powder) tilakas (marks) on the three places (forehead, throat, heart). Have them visualize a kartari (curved knife) in their heart. Pour liquor from the skull cup. Introduce the four empowerments: Bathing with water from the vase is the vase empowerment; applying the sindūra tilaka and having them visualize the curved knife, the attribute of the noble lady, in their heart is the secret empowerment; pouring liquor from the skull cup and experiencing the bliss of the taste of liquor is the wisdom empowerment; the essence of these three (vase empowerment, secret empowerment, wisdom empowerment) being inseparable is the fourth empowerment. Then, offer the best liquor. Incorporate it into the tsok offering and offer the five tormas to the noble lady. Offer the other tormas to the Dharma protectors. Then, cast away one torma. Recite auspicious prayers and partake in the tsok. Then, cast away the deity torma. Offer a thanksgiving puja to the local deities, with songs, dances, and other types of puja. Confess and request them to depart to Oḍḍiyāna. Offer the white torma to the six realms of beings and the local spirits residing in this vicinity. Dedicate the roots of virtue to enlightenment. The empowerment ritual from the secret practice of the noble lady is complete.
