Adorned with a dancing posture of half-vajra position, right leg bent and left leg extended, with a crescent moon on the forehead, a lotus on the neck, and a sun on the heart. Bless the body, speech, and mind with Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). Embrace by a wisdom consort, red in color, identical to oneself. At the heart, meditate on the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) along with the sun on top of a multicolored vajra. With its rays, invoke the wisdom being, identical to oneself, into the sky in front, and absorb it into oneself. Again, with rays of light, invoke the mandala of the five Tathāgatas to bestow empowerment upon oneself. Visualize the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the heart emitting rays of light, and supplicate with 'Bodhi Vajra' and others, and contemplate receiving empowerment as if being born, and praise. Then, experiencing as if tasting nectar coming from elsewhere, contemplate the Dharmakāya of the Completion Stage as follows: At the crown, throat, heart, and navel, visualize the thirty-two great bliss channels, the sixteen enjoyments, the eight dharmas, and the sixty-four transformation wheels. At the crown, visualize Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Ham); at the throat, Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om); at the heart, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum); and at the navel, A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). Meditate on the center of each of these. Then, through the union of prāṇa and effort, ignite the fire of wisdom from the syllable A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), and burn the previously visualized syllables. With Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), draw down the drop of nectar, and with the fire blazing at the navel, melt Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Ham). At the throat, bliss; at the heart, supreme bliss; at the navel, cessation of bliss. When the drop, the size of a mustard seed, touches the fire, coemergent bliss arises. Meditate in between. Steep the mind in this, and with single-pointed concentration, when the five winds of smoke arise and cease, after obtaining signs such as smoke, mirage, fireflies, and butter lamps, manifest the dharmatā like a cloudless sky. If, due to unfamiliarity with such practice, it does not become clear, then visualize and gaze upon the glorious Heruka (Heruka) previously described, like a rainbow. The mantra for this is: Oṃ Hrīḥ Ha Ha Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文:ༀ་ཧྲི་ཧ་ཧ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ hrīḥ ha ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Om Hrih Ha Ha Hum Hum Phat). This should be recited. Offer with the five offerings, and contemplate that one's own wisdom being need not depart, but remains in the sky in front, and gather it into the heart. The Sādhana of the Single Hero, completed by the master Naropa (Naropa). The previous name may have been incomplete; this was composed by Rangjung Dorje (Rangjung Dorje). Table of Contents: From the five categories of Je Dusum Khyenpa (Je Dusum Khyenpa), the section on the five deities of Chakrasamvara (Chakrasamvara) is present. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
