The nature is the yellow La syllable (藏文:ལ་,梵文天城体:ल,梵文罗马拟音:la,汉语字面意思:La), on the left is the white Va syllable (藏文:ཝ་,梵文天城体:व,梵文罗马拟音:va,汉语字面意思:Va) which is the nature of water-wind, behind is the red Ra syllable (藏文:ར་,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:Ra) which is the nature of fire-wind, on the right is the green or black Ya syllable (藏文:ཡ་,梵文天城体:य,梵文罗马拟音:ya,汉语字面意思:Ya) which is the wind of wind, and in the center is the clear blue Ha syllable (藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:Ha) which is the sky-wind. Clearly visualize these, this is the first round of visualization. Then, regarding the movement of breath in and out of its nature, from the La syllable in front, yellow rays of light emerge, like a silk ribbon, rising upwards from the center of the body directly opposite the central channel. It exits from the nostrils in the direction of the wind's movement, said to extend about sixteen finger-widths, but think of it as extending twelve finger-widths. When the breath is inhaled again, it becomes shorter and shorter, contracting inwards, and visualize the La syllable dissolving, meditate on this for half a session. Then, from the Ha syllable in the center, blue rays of light also emerge as before, moving in and out of the nostrils for about sixteen finger-widths, meditate on this for half a session, and a sign like smoke will appear. This is the second round of visualization. Then, at the beginning of each small session, etc., through alternating clear visualizations, visualize the La syllable dissolving into the Va syllable. For half a session, white rays of light emerge from the Va syllable, moving in and out of the nostrils for about thirteen finger-widths, and for half a session, start from the center and meditate as before, and a sign like a mirage will appear. This is the third round of visualization. Then, through alternating clear visualizations of the Va syllable, the Va syllable also dissolves into the Ra syllable. Red rays of light emerge from the Ra syllable, moving in and out for about fourteen finger-widths, and meditate on the center etc. as before, and a sign like fireflies will appear. This is the fourth round of visualization. Then, the Ra syllable also dissolves into the La syllable. Green or black rays of light emerge from the Ra syllable, moving in and out for about fifteen finger-widths, and meditate on the center etc. as before, and a sign like a burning butter lamp will appear. This is the fifth round of visualization. Then, through alternating clear visualizations, visualize the Ya syllable also dissolving into the Ha syllable in the center. For the entire session, only blue rays of light emerge from the Ha syllable, moving in and out as before, and a sign like a cloudless sky will appear. This is the sixth round of visualization. Then, without the emergence or entry of rays of light from the Ha syllable in the center, focus solely on it, and strive for the vase-like breathing with four combinations, and a sign like the three realms pervading the center of the sky will appear, and the coarse winds will be brought under control.

There are seven types of meditation. This is the fundamental meditation, which is the practice for when waking up. Through it, the bliss-emptiness in meditative equipoise and the illusion-like nature of post-meditation will reach a medium level. At this time, merely changing the intention before falling asleep will cause the luminosity of sleep and various dream experiences to appear. However, in order to make these experiences easy to arise, and to increase without beginning or end once they have arisen, and in order to untie the knots of the channels in each location, the meditation is as follows: Meditate on the chakra and the five bindus in the heart as before. Repeatedly practice the coming and going of blue light rays from the central letter alone. Meditating in the same way when going to sleep will accomplish the luminosity of sleep and obtain special bliss-emptiness. Placing and meditating in the same way at the throat, various dream experiences will initially appear, and eventually the dreams will transform into deities and become bliss-emptiness union. Meditating in the same way at the crown of the head, the bindus will increase, and at the time of death, the bodhicitta will effortlessly go to that place. Meditating at the secret place, the experience of bliss-emptiness will increase, and the bodhicitta will be able to be bound there. Regarding the instructions on how to do the downward elimination coming and going, although there is no clear explanation in this regard, if you like to meditate, it is the same as the general case. The third is the subtle vajra recitation secret instruction, which has two parts: preliminary and main practice. The first is that the basis of meditation is similar to the previous one, except that bindus are meditated on instead of letters. Clearly establish a yellow bindu in front, a white bindu on the left, a red bindu in the back, a green-black bindu on the right, and a blue bindu in the center. Meditate on the vase breath with four combinations. When the breath goes out, the light rays emanate as before, emitting the sound of the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). When inhaling, it is the same as before, except that you visualize it as having the sound of Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). When abiding, believe that the bindu itself has the sound of Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and this breath-holding requires a small inhalation. Therefore, during the small inhalation, other than focusing on that, no other meditation is needed, and all other meditations and experiences are the same as before. By meditating on this, the bliss-emptiness in meditative equipoise and the illusion-like nature of post-meditation will reach a very high level.

Furthermore, if you meditate on the heart, you will obtain the clear light of deep sleep; if you meditate on the throat, you will obtain the deity body of blissful dreams; if you meditate on the crown and the secret place, it will become a condition for extracting great bliss, just like what was said before. Secondly, the main part is to visualize oneself as Heruka in union, and between four fingers below the navel and the navel, there is a dharma origin that is white on the outside and red on the inside. The root is thin and pointing downwards, and the opening is large and facing upwards. In the center of the body, there is the central channel with four qualities, which is the same as usual. Inside the upper end that is inserted into the crown, there is a white haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体haṃ,梵文罗马拟音ham,汉语字面意思: ), with its head pointing downwards. Directly in front of it, a branch of the central channel, about the thickness of a barley stalk, bends forward and inserts into the space between the eyebrows. Inside it, meditate on a white bindu the size of a mustard seed, moving back and forth. The lower end of the central channel is inserted into the inner side of the root of the dharma origin, inside which is a red-black kṣa In the central channel, which is at the same height as the opening of the dharma origin, meditate on an aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体aṃ,梵文罗马拟音am,汉语字面意思: ) syllable or a reddish-white ashad. Visualize a flame like a copper needle burning from the kṣa (藏文,梵文天城体kṣa,梵文罗马拟音ksha,汉语字面意思: ) syllable, touching the aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体aṃ,梵文罗马拟音am,汉语字面意思: ) syllable, and from that aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体aṃ,梵文罗马拟音am,汉语字面意思: ) syllable, a reddish-white round flame with a slight tip burning. From the head of the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体haṃ,梵文罗马拟音ham,汉语字面意思: ) syllable to the center of the central channel, a white tube of light about the thickness of a barley stalk hangs down, possessing a comfortable experience, and meditate on it almost touching the fire of the navel, about the length of a thumb's breadth. Hold the kumbhaka breath in accordance with the general practice. When inhaling, the bindu between the eyebrows comes back roundly and dissolves into the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体haṃ,梵文罗马拟音ham,汉语字面意思: ) syllable at the crown. Due to its weight, a similar bindu drips from the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体haṃ,梵文罗马拟音ham,汉语字面意思: ) syllable and goes down through the tube of light. With the sound of oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体oṃ,梵文罗马拟音om,汉语字面意思: ), like the sound of a bell, it descends comfortably. Visualize it arriving on top of the fire of the navel. When holding the breath, visualize the bindu melting from the heat of the fire, bubbling and boiling, and the body and mind being pervaded by bliss. Keep the sound of āḥ (藏文,梵文天城体āḥ,梵文罗马拟音ah,汉语字面意思: ) syllable in mind. When exhaling, the bindu jumps upwards, and when it separates from the fire, it rolls up grayish-white like a seed of the khua 'phang. Through the path of the white light tube, with the sound of hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音hum,汉语字面意思: ), it rises upwards with a rushing sound, comfortably. It dissolves into the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体haṃ,梵文罗马拟音ham,汉语字面意思: ) syllable at the crown. When holding the breath slightly after exhaling, a similar bindu emerges from the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体haṃ,梵文罗马拟音ham,汉语字面意思: ) syllable and reaches the space between the eyebrows.
