Visualize all five aggregates of bindus as shining like stars and focus on them. After that, immediately meditate on the stacked sun, moon, and stars on the vase to concentrate the mind. At this time, although it is permissible to meditate on the vase of the crown protuberance, for the time being, the prana should be made to conform to the usual vase prana. Do one cycle of focused attention on that. If at this time the prana stays on either the left or right side and cannot be transferred for many days, it is said that it is also acceptable to meditate on its transfer. Furthermore, if in the beginning the prana flows from the left nostril, then visualize the vase as the moon; when the prana flows from the right nostril, then visualize the sun afterwards, so the lamas consider. Third, concerning the order of filling the jewel, if divided, there are four mudras. The earlier ones are mostly in the case of the first two mudras, the first being the samaya mudra, which is the awareness of mind; the second being indicated by hand gestures, which is the karma mudra, the actual awareness, so it is considered. However, according to our own system, the awareness of mind arises as an adjunct to all three of the first three mudras, so it is not counted separately. Thus, first is learning the karma mudra, second is learning the hand mudra, third is learning the dharma mudra, and fourth is learning the maha mudra. First, the instructions for the karma mudra have already been written elsewhere and learned from the guru's mouth. The second is: the other preliminaries are as before, in oneself visualize the vajra of the father, which appears as the coemergent supreme bliss, without changing its outer form, internally from Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) arises a red five-pronged vajra, the red jewel marked with yellow Bhyāṃ (藏文:བྱཱཾ,梵文天城体:भ्याँ,梵文罗马拟音:bhyāṃ,汉语字面意思:བྱཱཾ). The lotus of wisdom, from Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) arises a red three-petaled lotus, marked with Dyaṃ (藏文:དྱཾ,梵文天城体:द्यं,梵文罗马拟音:dyaṃ,汉语字面意思:དྱཾ), and also yellow Dyaṃ (藏文:དྱཾ,梵文天城体:द्यं,梵文罗马拟音:dyaṃ,汉语字面意思:དྱཾ) on the tip of the white stamen. From Bhyāṃ (藏文:བྱཱཾ,梵文天城体:भ्याँ,梵文罗马拟音:bhyāṃ,汉语字面意思:བྱཱཾ) arises a white bindu, from Dyaṃ (藏文:དྱཾ,梵文天城体:द्यं,梵文罗马拟音:dyaṃ,汉语字面意思:དྱཾ) arises a red bindu. At one's own navel, arrange the heart mantra of the mother, at the heart the near-heart mantra, at the throat the heart mantra of the father, at the forehead the near-heart mantra. At the navel and heart of the mother, arrange the heart mantra and near-heart mantra of the father, at the throat and crown of the head arrange the heart mantra and near-heart mantra of the mother. Visualize the father and mother in equal union, and by joining the hand mudra according to the instructions, from the Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:哈) at the crown of the head, the bodhicitta descends, reaching the vajra jewel, and visualize the four joys arising in sequence. By reciting Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) according to the instructions, the bodhicitta passes through the central channel,
