嗡阿。 誓言海众等尊前，献供甘露轮，普哉，普哉，普哉，嘿！ 祈请您使我一切誓言的破损得以清净，赐予我殊胜与共同的一切成就。 如是说后，供养护法食子。 开始会供。 圣母等等。 注释： 之后，将一份会供的食物放入器皿中。 将上好的食物摆放在祭品台上， 献给轮回与涅槃的一切众生。 为了消除金刚的见解： 顶礼！ 外器世界为食子盘， 内在精华有情等如同置于同一坐垫之上。 萨瓦嘉那 罗嘎 嘎那 匝 扎拉 喀 喀 喀嘿！ 如是回向后，将上好食物撒向十方。 之后瑜伽士们以欢喜之心享用。 之后将剩余的食物收集在一个器皿中， 用会供酒润湿。 嗡 阿 吽。 加持后，对余食的宾客如此说道： 吽！ 三有广大坛城食子盘中， 剩余食物堆积如须弥山四大部洲。 贪欲之血海，吉利利。 嗔恨之骨堆，扎拉拉。 愚痴之肉块，尼利利。 五甘露之受用，不可思议。 眷属空行母誓言者， 助伴之天龙八部众， 内外魔障八万种， 祈请享用此传承上师所赐之余食， 成就所托付的事业。 嗡 乌吉扎 巴林达 巴恰 斯瓦哈。 愿余食之主，与虚空边际等同的众生皆得饱足。 如是向外施予。 之后，将食子盘中的水，加持为水、谷物、芝麻三种甘露之海。 为护法神回向： 嗟！ 虚空蓝色的山顶雪峰， 乐园以及游乐园， 居住于湖泊和森林中的， 四魔女和四药女， 四大夜叉等， 守护藏地的护法神们， 身着众多飘逸的装饰， 伴随众多仆从， 祈请降临享用此洗涤之水的食子， 完成誓言并成就所托之事。 如是将洗涤之水倒在外面干净的地方。 将食子盘口朝下，猛烈地勾招怨敌和障碍。 食子舞： 吽！ 头

I pray that all my broken and degenerated samayas be purified and cleansed, and that all supreme and common siddhis be granted. Saying this, place the protector's torma. Begin the tsok dispersal. Great Mother, etc. Note: Then, put a portion of the tsok food into a vessel. Arrange the best food on the offering table, dedicating it to all of samsara and nirvana. To dispel the vajra view: Namo. The outer vessel is the world as a torma plate, the inner essence, sentient beings, etc., are spread out as if on a single seat. Sarva jñana loka ghana tsa tsakra la kha kha kha hi. Having dedicated in this way, scatter the best food in the ten directions. Then, the yogis, with joy and happiness, should partake. Afterwards, gather the leftovers into one vessel, moisten them with tsok wine. Om Ah Hum. Having blessed it, say this to the leftover guests: Hum! In the vast torma plate of the three realms, the pile of leftovers is like Mount Meru and the four continents. The ocean of blood of desire, kyi li li. The pile of bones of hatred, khra la la. The pieces of flesh of ignorance, nyi li li. The enjoyment of the five amritas is inconceivable. Dakinis and oath-bound ones belonging to the retinue, gods and demons of the eight classes who are helpful companions, the eighty thousand classes of outer and inner obstructing spirits, please accept this leftover torma, the paternal inheritance of the command, and accomplish the entrusted activities. Om ucchita balingta bhashi svaha. May all beings who are the lords of the leftovers, equal to the extent of space, be satisfied. Thus, give outwards. Then, bless the water in the torma plate as an ocean of nectar of water, grains, and sesame. Dedication to the Tenma goddesses: Kye! Blue sky, mountain peaks and snow peaks, pleasure groves and amusement parks, those dwelling in lakes and forests, the four demonesses and the four medicine women, the four great yakshas, etc., the Tenma goddesses who protect Tibet, adorned with many fluttering ornaments, accompanied by many servants, please come here and enjoy this torma of washing water, fulfill your vows and accomplish the entrusted activities. A dance that grinds enemies and demons into powder, a dance that reduces diseases and evil spirits to ashes. Do not rise from under this dance, do not jump from under this suppression. Hūṃ! From the direction of the east, a dance arises, struck by the Vajra Dakinis. The heroes' ༴, the heroines' ༴, enemies and demons ༴, under the dance ༴, under the suppression ༴. Hūṃ! From the direction of the south, a dance arises, struck by the Ratna Dakinis. The heroes' ༴, the heroines' ༴, enemies and demons ༴, diseases and evil spirits ༴, under the dance ༴, under the suppression ༴. Hūṃ! From the direction of the west, a dance arises, arisen from the Padma Dakinis. When dissolving the mandala, the traces of the activity should not be visible.
