去那些被称为不善知识，却号称具备贤善美德的人处，断绝了诀窍的根本。在钦浦等特殊的寂静处所，精进修持作为核心。因此，也产生了一些与之相应的加持和功德的征兆。从今以后，我的弟子们，也要对上师三宝生起敬信，对平等者生起清净的显现，对低下者生起父母的观念，以无偏的慈爱和悲心，以及菩提心，双运的方式，广行利益。此外，不要对上师和佛法产生偏见和执着。依止那些精通且证悟的圣者上师。以听闻断除外在的怀疑，以思维断除内在的怀疑，以禅修断除外内外三重怀疑。在寂静的地方，精进修持作为核心。如此行持，上师的加持融入自心，本尊空行母加持之时，为了利益他人，忍受身语意的损失，以及众生的邪见等，不掺杂自私自利的想法。肩负起珍贵佛法的重担，为了使圣者上师们的传统不衰败，圆满他们的心愿，远离一切与世间今生之法相符的行为，对于符合佛法的行为，勤奋不懈，以无偏的方式，努力成办广大利益众生的事业。请将这些谨记于心。此乃瑜伽自在者南喀宁波加持的库苏鲁行者谢饶嘉措，应喇嘛多桑、喇嘛南仁、喇嘛桑结嘉灿等人的请求，在虎年八月十三日，佛陀涅槃后三千四百二十六年之际，于曲米巴的寂静处所写下。

Having gone to the feet of those who are called non-virtuous spiritual friends, who are said to possess the three qualities of being learned, disciplined, and excellent, one severs the root of their instructions. Having made diligent practice the essence in special secluded places such as Chimphu, signs of blessings and qualities corresponding to that also arose. From now on, my disciples who follow me should also have faith and respect for the Lama and the Three Jewels. Towards those who are equal, have pure appearances. Towards those who are inferior, have the perception of parents, and with impartial love and compassion, and the union of bodhicitta, accomplish vast benefits. Furthermore, without partiality or attachment to the Lama and the Dharma, rely on holy Lamas who are learned and have attained accomplishment. Cut off external doubts with listening, cut off internal doubts with thinking, and having cut off all external, internal, and secret doubts with meditation, make diligent practice the essence in secluded places. By acting in this way, the Lama's blessings enter your being. At the time when the yidam and dakinis bestow their blessings, endure the losses of body, speech, and mind in order to benefit others, as well as the wrong views of beings, etc., and without engaging in selfish intentions, bear the great burden of the precious teachings. In order to ensure that the traditions of the holy Lamas do not decline and that their intentions are fulfilled, abandon all actions that are in accordance with worldly and this-life dharmas, and be diligent and tireless in any actions that are in accordance with the Dharma. Please keep in mind to strive to accomplish the vast benefit of sentient beings in an impartial way. This was written by the Kusulu renunciate Sherab Gyatso, blessed by the great yogi Namkhai Nyingpo, at the request of Lama Dorsem, Lama Nam Rin, and Lama Sangye Gyaltsen, on the thirteenth day of the eighth month of the Tiger year, which is three thousand four hundred and twenty-six years after the passing away of the Buddha, in the secluded place of Chumik Pal.
