Then, in order to fulfill all desires, attract beautiful mudra maidens. He will generate merit with the five enjoyments, and will destroy enemies with mere anger. He will have power over the three: gods, demons, and humans. He will summon the immaculate star goddess. Everyone who sees me will be greatly amazed. He will remember all the beginnings and ends of his lifetimes. The qualities of this are inconceivable. From the Compassionate Arising Tantra, the seventh chapter, the chapter on teaching the qualities and precepts. Hūṃ! The Lord of Secrets gave it to King Vaiśravaṇa, the King gave it to the teacher Vajravari, he gave it to King Indrabodhi, he gave it to the teacher Prahati, he gave it to Vasudhara, and he again entrusted it to the treasure of empowerment. The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, the Tantra that Fulfills Desires. By purifying karmic obscurations and holding it in order, there will be no shame on the face.
