我于众生，杀彼及剖心，乌鸦杀鸟等，一切梦中亦，逐猎杀山兽，众多男女交，彼等杀生事，多作血腥祭。友伴及姊妹，妃嫔愚女等，众多妙龄女，装饰歌舞善。自领兵众已，向敌方境进，摧毁诸国土，倾泻河石块，竖立黑白幡，如是等诸相，忿怒黑女现，黑风携不祥，示女阴等邪。时违誓言破，立誓当占卜，猛厉作忏悔。出自黑女热玛德续，秘密热度量品第三。此后当善说，若于火星现，彼未被毁坏，当行增益法。于芦苇旗幡，世间普供养，口中念敌名，悬于修室顶，口面向敌方。三角埃字中，燃烧肖玛木，焚烧名姓血肉等，女以此咒缚。玛玛德那黑玛玛德那黑黑女热玛德则达拉扎拉夏卡穆扎，扎夏敦敦匝匝哈让哈让。咒语亦加入念诵，如是诸事皆圆满，三百万遍阿若卡，梵天亦将倾倒，何况人众之生死。出自黑女热玛德续，未成则增益品第四。此后夜叉母如则等眷属皆大喜悦隐没去。出自黑女热玛德续，随喜品第五。口诀续圆满。
