印度语：卡利坦陀罗扎谛那玛。藏语：名为黑女瑞玛迪续。顶礼吉祥金刚手。如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵金刚手住于大尸林寒林，其处可怖且令人毛骨悚然。彼时，眷属有天众、龙众、药叉众、罗刹众，以及能主宰部多的六母、十四智慧母、五十八药女等无量众。彼时，名为药叉母茹孜者，从座而起，顶礼吉祥金刚手，绕三匝后，如是请问：‘奇哉！圣金刚手，当佛教衰落之时，出现狗猃和驴猃之时，比丘戒律败坏之时，穿着恶劣衣物之时，出现摧毁教法的敌人时，如何修持大黑女？以何杀害和作事业？如何作增益之法？’如是请问后，圣者大声说道：‘谛听，药叉母茹孜，当佛教衰落之时，出现狗猃驴猃之时，比丘戒律败坏之时，那时守护大黑女。谛听，药叉母茹孜，我将宣说此之生源。须弥山中，药叉甘巴桑布和有饰女王二者，由交合之方便，生出兄长黑大明布，以及白女金和瑞玛迪，三兄妹，现在守护佛教。如是汝当知晓。黑女瑞玛迪续中，开端之第一品。’此后，当宣说真实之时，修持黑药叉之处，在寺庙、楼阁、尸林中，当修持黑女及其眷属。其次第如下：在尸林地上制作坛城，其上建立三角火坑，涂以尸灰、毒药和血。竖立十二根一肘高的树枝，其中也竖立三殊胜橛。

With what should one kill and perform actions? How should one perform the rite of increase?' Having asked this, the great noble one spoke: 'Listen, yaksha woman Marutse. When the Buddha's teachings decline, when dog-like and donkey-like beings arise, when monks break their vows, at that time, protect the Great Black Woman. Listen, yaksha woman Marutse, I will explain this lineage. In the vicinity of the great Mount Meru, the yaksha Gampa Sangpo and the Queen with Ornaments, through the method of union, gave birth to the elder brother, the Great Black Mingpo, and the white woman Ging and Remati, three siblings, who now protect the Buddha's teachings.
