Dig a hole in the shape of a woman's genitals, with three corners rounded. Inside the intact skull of a person who has no descendants, or a lowborn person, or a person who was killed by a knife, put the image and name of the person to be suppressed, and the mantra of the goddess and her servants, along with various poisons, and seal it with dough. On the crown of the skull, write the heart mantra of Ekajati: Oṃ śu la ṇi hūṃ phaṭ. Write it in the center of the vajra cross, on the mandala of the moon. On the edges, write the heart mantras of the goddess's attendants in red paint. On top of that, create Mount Meru from the letter Sū, and recite: Oṃ vajra su me hūṃ. Twenty-one times. Then, visualize Amoghasiddhi Buddha suppressing with his retinue. Repeat this seven times. It is best to place Ekajati and the goddess's heart mantra inside a black stupa. This is the sixth chapter on suppression. If you want to subdue, then use the skull of a beggar who has no descendants, broken into six pieces, along with the previously mentioned Mamo's subduing substances, various red paints, various poisons, and the charnel ground of a man killed by a knife. Collect all nine charnel grounds. Practice according to the above method, scattering mustard seeds on the king. For each recitation of the goddess's joint practice, recite ten million times. When signs appear, at midnight of the auspicious and complete month, perform the empowerment, and vehemently urge the goddess and her retinue. If it is near, throw it at the town; if it is far, throw it in that direction. Clearly visualize yourself as the glorious Samadhi, and visualize the mustard seeds as the goddess's body.
