ḌU. During the Tsog offering, perform the summoning and sending back. Practice the Vajrakila, and perform the work of binding. Subjugating, burning, and throwing, these three should also be practiced. The small one, suppress it under the corpse bed. Or suppress it under the threshold. Pierce it with the Vajrakila of Achala. Place the crossed Vajras at the center. Strike the dance of the four activities. Highly cherish the ten wrathful deities. By acting in this way, it will be accomplished. From the Tantra of the Wrathful Achala, the chapter on nurturing ghosts is the fourth. Thereafter, to the King of the Glorious Blood Drinker, Karma Heruka, and the leopard-headed one, the owl-headed one, and the assembly of head-garlands, they requested the Bhagavan thus: King of the Blood Drinker, how does the secret and rare Dharma arise? How does the profound meaning arise? How are the malicious beings subdued? Having requested thus, the Bhagavan, King of the Blood Drinker, spoke these words: One should protect those who have come with proper conduct. The arising of the Secret Mantra Vehicle is very rare, like the Udumbara flower. The Buddha of the past, Light Protector, turned the Wheel of the Secret Mantra Fruit. This Dharma was not spoken at that time, nor will it be spoken in the future. Now King Jala speaks, and the Lord of Secrets also speaks. Thus he spoke. Thereafter, the assembly rejoiced, and the Lord of Secrets, the King of the Blood Drinker, uttered a terrifying roar, praising: "Excellent! Excellent!" Then they departed.
