The Bhagavan Vajrakilaya, having heard the words of Karma Heruka, spoke these words to the heads of the pig-headed messengers: The sacred mandalas of each one, I shall explain, listen! The teaching of the sacred mandala of the Bhagavan, the great non-dual Lord, first, in accordance with the scriptures, in that very place, the supreme yogi dwells. In your own heart, contemplate Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), from which light radiates and the Buddhas are seen. Make offerings and so forth as described in the scriptures. Purify it with emptiness (藏文：ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ་，梵文天城体：शून्यता，梵文罗马拟音：śūnyatā，汉语字面意思：Emptiness). Then, having seen the palace and so forth, adorned with ornaments, the four-spoked wheel with its circumference, beautiful with its four corners, on the seats of the sun and moon, invoke the great Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) parents and retinue. Arrange the seed syllables and contemplate them clearly. Know that it is born from warmth and moisture, the wise should examine and know. Then, with the mind of the main deity, invoke all the Buddhas of the ten directions. By gathering them, the empowerment is also fully possessed. Offer to it with outer and inner offerings. The secret, ultimate truth, with this, begin all activities. The King of Tantras.

By using the cause of moving objects as a condition, perform the activities of pegging and killing, as well as the four activities of subjugation and attraction. If you practice them, you will surely achieve them without doubt. The king of tantras, the Hūṃkāra Tantra, the second chapter on the division of activity mandalas.
