The Tantra Called "The Later Tantra of the Secret Oral Instructions of Black Yamaraja." In Sanskrit: Yama Krishna Khathun Guhyatatottara Tantra Nama. In Tibetan: The Tantra Called "The Later Tantra of the Secret Oral Instructions of Black Yamaraja." Homage to the Bhagavan Manjushri Yamari, the Wrathful One! At one time when this was being taught, The Bhagavan, the Destroyer of Yama, was dwelling in his natural abode. The Supreme Mind, Yamaraja, requested: O, O! Bhagavan Manjushri, the Wrathful One! What is the fierce wheel that is turned, which is not the particular activity of oral instructions? Please explain it to me in order. Manjushri, the Wrathful One, replied: In general, the wheel-turning methods of Black Manjushri are inconceivable. Outer, inner, and secret, dividing them becomes nine. The divisions are summoning, expelling, the four corners, vajra crossed scepters, entrusting the three poisons to Ar, and the inconceivable. It is said that the great tantras such as the Secret Moon, etc., are desired, but not spoken of here. If one turns them many times like that, obstacles will also arise for the mantra practitioners. Although the turning of the corpse wheel has been explained, if one turns it, one will destroy oneself. That too is not mentioned here. If one turns the wheel, here are six ways to turn it. From outer, inner, and secret, turning like the outer of the outer, turning like the secret of the outer, the outer of the inner and the inner, the outer of the secret and the outer, and the six ways of turning into the secret. Those outer ones are for summoning, those secret ones are for killing. Those outer ones are for turning to the left, the inner ones are for turning to the right. Thus, there are six ways to turn the wheel. Turning auspiciously is the outer of the outer. There are five that should not be turned. A yogi who has completed the recitation, or a king who possesses merit, other than those like that, if one turns it, it will cause harm to oneself. Thus it was said. In the Tantra of Manjushri's Oral Instructions, the chapter on explaining the differences, merits, faults, and methods of gathering the wheel is the first.
