How does one abide? Please, Lord of Secrets, reveal it. The Lord of Secrets said: Listen, great Bodhisattva! The Dharmakaya abides where it is invisible but its nature exists. The Sambhogakaya abides where it is visible but its nature does not exist. The Nirmanakaya, though visible, is said to be visible and its nature also exists. This is the chapter on how the three bodies abide, the fifth chapter. From where does this tantra of meaning originate? Please, Lord of Secrets, reveal it. The Lord of Secrets said: Listen, great Bodhisattva! In the Dharma-nature of Bodhicitta, because it is not stained by the faults of afflictions, the stainless, pure tantra arises. Because the miracles are inconceivable, the tantra of the arising of all emptiness arises. Because all is cut off by wisdom, the tantra of clinging and suffering arises. This is the chapter on the arising of the tantra of meaning, the sixth chapter. How is stainless purity? How is the arising of all emptiness? How is clinging and suffering? Please, Lord of Secrets, reveal it. The Lord of Secrets said: Listen, great Bodhisattva! If the ground is not stained by faults, that is the outer stainlessness. If one does not cling to eliminating the five poisons, that is the inner stainlessness. If one does not make arising and ceasing in the Dhatu, that is the secret stainlessness. If one does not rely on created dharmas, that is the outer emptiness. If one does not abide in dharmas with characteristics, that is the inner emptiness. If one does not cling with the self of Dharma-nature, that is the secret emptiness. If one does not cling to the five elements, that is the outer awareness. If clinging does not enter the five gates, that is the inner awareness. If one does not constantly cut off wisdom, that is the secret awareness. Thus it is said. This is the chapter on explaining the three tantras, the seventh chapter. What is the nature and definition of tantra? Please, Lord of Secrets, reveal it. The Lord of Secrets said: Listen, great Bodhisattva! The Dharma-nature of Bodhicitta, because it is all-pervasive and connected, is also a tantra. For those who have entered the true path, because it can be held, it is also an Agama. In the Dharma-nature that is practiced, there is nothing other than Bodhicitta, therefore, it is a supreme instruction. Because it is connected and unceasing, it is called perfect. The essence from the beginning is Bodhicitta, this is the fruit.

It is shown in the Son Tantra. This is the eighth chapter, which explains the nature and definition of the Tantra. Where do all the dharmas come from? Please, Secret Lord, reveal it. The Secret Lord said: Hey! Great Bodhisattva, listen! All dharmas arise from conditions. Conditions arise from manifest things. Manifest things arise in the form of letters. This is the ninth chapter, which is about the arising of letters. Where do all the dharmas converge? Please, Secret Lord, reveal it. The Secret Lord said: Hey! Great Bodhisattva, listen! All dharmas converge into names. All names converge into letters. All letters converge into sounds. All sounds converge into the speech of Kunsang (Samantabhadra). This is the tenth chapter, which is about the convergence of dharmas into words and letters. How are Kunsang's (Samantabhadra's) view, meditation, and conduct? Please, Secret Lord, reveal it. The Secret Lord said: Hey! Great Bodhisattva, listen! Not abandoning the three distances is the view. Cutting the three lives is the meditation. Not obstructing the three is the conduct. What are those meanings? Please, Secret Lord, reveal it. The Secret Lord said: Hey! Great Bodhisattva, listen! The eyes do not abandon, everything is clear. That is the outer view. The mind does not abandon, it pervades everything. That is the inner view. Wisdom does not abandon, everything is realized. That is the secret view. If there is no attachment to appearance, then the outer life is cut. That is the outer meditation. If there is no clinging to clarity, then the inner life is cut. That is the inner meditation. If wisdom is continuous, then the secret life is cut. That is the secret meditation. Not obstructing any enjoyment. That is the outer conduct. Not obstructing any mindfulness or awareness. That is the inner conduct. Not obstructing any courageous actions. That is the secret conduct. This is the eleventh chapter, which is about view, meditation, and conduct. How are the great and small of Kunsang (Samantabhadra)? Please, Secret Lord, reveal it. The Secret Lord said: Hey! Great Bodhisattva, listen! The Dharmakaya is great because it does not increase or decrease. The Dharmata is great because it does not change or move. The nature of mind is great because it has no birth or death. The seat of the Buddha is small because the nature of mind has no object. Samsara is small because the aggregates are without remainder, and it is self-liberated. Is
