如今毫无盈满， 既无减少也无增长。 对谁也无益无害， 既无显现也无变异。 既无智慧也无方便， 无道亦无菩提存在。 既无忆念也无作意， 既无所缘也无对境。 非无乃是精华义， 具缘瑜伽士自身， 彻底消除疑惑昏暗， 通达意义深入理解。 谁能坚定持有此法， 一切方便禅修善法， 与白色方面罪恶相同。 什么也不执持的觉性， 无论如何行持皆生花。 大圆满瑜伽自性续圆满。

Now there is no fullness, Neither decrease nor increase. Neither beneficial nor harmful to anyone, Neither appearance nor change. Neither wisdom nor skillful means, Neither path nor enlightenment exists. Neither mindfulness nor attention, Neither object of focus nor object of sense. Not non-existence, but the meaning of essence, The fortunate yogi himself, Thoroughly dispels doubt and darkness, Understands the meaning deeply. Who firmly holds this Dharma, All skillful means, meditation, virtuous Dharma, Equal to the white side and sin. The knowing that grasps nothing, However practiced, flowers bloom. The Great Perfection Yoga, the continuum of intrinsic nature is complete.
