Even temporarily, through the power of this supreme virtue, May all kingdoms be free from disease, famine, conflict, and strife, May rain and water fall in due season, and harvests always be good, May we be enriched with the supreme qualities of higher realms! Whoever sees these supreme objects of veneration, Hears, remembers, prostrates, makes offerings, and shows respect, Even beings touched by just a breeze, May both temporary and ultimate benefits be spontaneously accomplished! At the time of its construction, through the three doors of body, speech, and mind, May all connected horses, cattle, livestock, and animals, Even the smallest creatures that died along the way, May all be imbued with the seed of liberation! May this monastic college be well established according to Dharma, May all places of learning be easily accessible for study, May all activities of practice be accomplished without obstacles, May we enjoy the glory of supreme and common siddhis! May Dharma and material resources be vast, May we be able to live well with the precious human body of leisure and endowment, In food, clothing, and shelter free from extremes, May we rely on them to accomplish the path of liberation and enlightenment! May the virtuous activities of all assembled communities, Of hearing, contemplation, and meditation, Increase like the waxing moon, May the supreme path that pleases the Buddhas, even to the end of existence, Be maintained undiminished through teaching and practice! May all the white-sided deities who delight in the Dharma, And the powerful oath-bound and arrogant hosts, Always diligently protect this place without negligence, May they gather all the glory of perfect abundance! To those who hate the Dharma and are hostile to its upholders, And close the doors to the assembly of the Sangha, To those who steal and plunder, and engage in evil deeds, May the sharp blade of wrathful mantras blaze forth! May all beings ultimately connected by karma, both good and bad, Become vessels for the path of true liberation, May all rely on the renunciation of the three vehicles, And thereby empty the ocean of samsara!
